Although the location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest MRT stop, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern - all you need when you’re away from home! I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We lived in Taipei for two years in 1997 & later in 2009. We picked the hotel for the convince of the MRT. Plus, we knew the area — SOGO basement’s grocery store & food court for albeit pricey, wonderful deli & bakery treats for dining in our room. All of the staff communicated quite well with non-mandarin speakers & helped with various special requests. I rarely rate & review, but this hotel was perfect.

Worth the value

The stay was excellent, the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was a decent size, furniture a bit retro and conveniently located to MRT within a 10 - 15 minute walk. The hotel offers a free breakfast which is a nice addition to our stay.
