Pros - The room is clean and comfy. - The room layout and facilities are beyond standard for its price. - The hotel staffs are helpful. - The location is excellent. - The area is convenient (Near Ximending). Cons - The street under the hotel is a bit run-down and has a foul smell.

Overall was a bit disappointed as the actual place is a bit run down. The room is quite small with two bedded. Anyway, strategically located at XMD and walkable. I will not come back to this hotel again since it’s really lack of sense of security since the hotel is located inside very old building
