Room was beautiful and nicely appointed. It fit me and my daughter perfect for our girls only trip. The only inconvenience was taking a shower since the walls were all glass. We had to plan our showers since the other person had to stay on their side of the hotel room when the other showered. Staff was always friendly! The hotel was RIGHT next to the train station, making it so convenient! I will definitely stay here if I return to Taipei!

The hotel is in a great location as its a 2 minute walk to the closest MRT station (Zhongxiao Xinsheng) which is served by the Blue and Orange lines. You can easily walk to Huashan 1914 Creative Park and the Far Eastern SOGO Fuxing location which is also serviced by the Blue MRT line. The hotel is also a few stops away from Taipei Main Station where you can catch Taiwan Rail, High Speed Rail or MRT to Taoyuan International Airport, but we opt to have the hotel book us a car to the airport for $1300 NTD. The rooms were all well appointed with a mini fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine. Daily, the rooms were always stocked with complimentary water bottles. During our stay we also had several packages sent to us and we let the staff know about it. Once the packages arrived the hotel promptly notified us and asked if we needed assistance in bringing them to our room. We appreciate the hotel having "connecting rooms" in a sense that it was two rooms at the end of the hallway with a main entry door which required a keycard to get in and also the same keycard to get into the individual doors. We wish that there was a way to turn off the "hall way" light for the connecting room as we kept the doors open since our 8 year old boys had one room and the adults had another. Another thing about the main door, it would have been nice to have a better way to lock the door like the normal rooms at night. I highly recommend this hotel and area.

Amazing hotel with outstanding cleanliness and service. Great size room. Right beside a metro station which made transportation very easy. Great location with lots of amazing restaurants and shop nearby. The onsen included within the hotel is also a great perk and has amazing city views, the best way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Could not recommend this hotel more!

An excellent hotel. We stayed here for five nights in November as a base to explore the city and surrounding area. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is well located, right next to a Metro station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It is on a busy main road however we didn’t hear any noise during our stay, and our room was facing the road. There was construction work taking place next to the hotel, but that was not noticeable or disruptive (for us). Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a robot toilet and Japanese-style bathtub. Complimentary water was provided in the room and restocked daily, as well as slippers and toiletries. The air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. There was also a fridge, kettle and safe. The only in-room feature we didn’t like was the AI speaker/listening device on the bedside table, which we unplugged during our stay. I do not think it is appropriate to have these in hotel rooms. On our final night we had a meal in the hotel restaurant. This was reasonably priced and very good quality. A good option if you’re feeling lazy/want a pizza. We would definitely stay again.

Room and hotel in general is very clean. We loved the public bath on the 17th floor. Location is excellent - right next to a subway stop (direct line to Taipei main station). We were glad we did not opt for breakfast - there were lots of great options that were walking distance. Highly recommend as a high quality hotel
