The hotel is located at a very convenient place, right at train station, near MRT, few block from night market. Neighborhood is okay. Our reservation said “ Enjoy VIP perks at check-in / 1 Free beverage per person for 2 (once per stay)” but the hotel said they don’t offer it.

The staff was professional and very helpful. As a foreigner visiting the country, I appreciated the employee's effort to support and accommodate. The facilities were clean and orderly. The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again.

Great location, close to the metro and bus, and surrounded by numerous local dining and shopping options. The staff was also very kind and helpful, and went out of their way to assist us. The Starbucks on the 5th floor was a welcome addition for those who want a strong morning coffee. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located in a good area. There are two different subway lines that are very close by. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms looked like the pictures. Breakfast was varied, and the pool was a great way to deal with the heat. There was also a small playroom for younger children. Generally, this is a good place for families to stay.
