Upstairs, the living room features a large flat screen TV over a gas fireplace, leather couch and 2 easy chairs. Off of the living room is a deck overlooking the Lake Forest Boat Launch. Dining area for 6 is situated next to the fully equipped kitchen. Third bedroom with Queen bed, private balcony and shared 3/4 bath (large shower but no tub) are also on this level.

In the hall next to the kitchen, a wooden ladder leads to a loft with games for the kids and 2 single-size futon chairs. YOU ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CHILDREN UNDER SUPERVISION IF USING THE LOFT AREA - USE WITH CAUTION!

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
