This inviting and spacious Dollar Point house accommodates 8 people

Amazing year-round location with easy access to all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer, including shopping, dining, downhill and XC skiing - whatever your heart desires.

Nice earthy tones give it a lot of pizazz. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

Upstairs, in the living room, large chocolate brown leather couches, big overstuffed chairs, wall-mounted flat screen TV above wood-burning fireplace. Card table and sitting area off living room. Full bath off living area. Master bedroom with King, TV/DVD, and full bath with six foot bathtub.

Nice filtered lake view from the deck with lounge chairs, table and new gas BBQ (summer only), great for sipping your coffee or tea in the morning sun, or relaxing while watching the alpenglow after skiing all day. Walk through to kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 10 and offers pleasant filtered lake views.

All bedrooms except the master are downstairs. Three rooms each with 1 Queen bed and built in closets with dressers. Large modern bathroom with double sink vanity, separate toilet and laundry adjacent to downstairs bedrooms.

Plenty of open parking, plus 1 car garage.

Family Reunion

This was a great house with space for several couples. There was room enough for several work from home people and those who were not working. The indoor dining table was great and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware, dinnerware and glassware. The table outside only seats four. The bathrooms were all updated and very nice.

Great location for all seasons!

This is such a perfect place - easy access to the beach, quick drive to Squaw/Alpine and just down the street from downtown Tahoe City. The rental agency was just so kind and informative. The house is perfect for adult couples to enjoy some time together - especially the long table in the kitchen overlooking the lake. We had the best time at that table! The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, tasteful decorations that make you feel like you're at home but not overwhelmed with personal items. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! We hope to get friends together again and use this rental!
