Great location. Old, run down, dirty carpet, lots of mirrors (it use to be an adult themed “fantasy inn”) we learned. In need of many renovations. One of our keys didn’t work, light gets into your room from passing cars. The inn is being used to house foreign student employees who hang out smoking outside and can be noisy.

THis is our 2nd time in this hotel. We had a rom with 2 queen beds. Everything was just right for us. Last time we were 3 adults, 1 preteen, This time 2 adults, same kid. THe room was big and clean. We had enough space for everything, and 3! chairs. The bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. Nothing gross about it. Towels and linens clean. We did not have cleaning stuff working, we did not want too, as we are not making lots of mess. We skied whole 3 days, so did not have any interactions with any staff exs. at the beginning of our stay, and the lady was nice.Safeway is just around the corner, so we could buy what we needed, and with the fridge, microwave and coffee machine we were all set. FOr us just a perfect place to return next year. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was a bit dingy, but it was ok. Through no fault of the hotel, it was very loud on the main street which made it hard for me to get a good night sleep before a ski day.

The room was ready and clean when we arrived. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The lady who works the desk is snotty and rude. This place is a dump. Don't waste your money going here

I always stay here for ski trips. It's basic, but it does the job. Staff is always friendly and my room has always been clean.

Aloha. The Inn is prety cool and very well located in Tahoe City. Safeway next door, Dave´s ski rental shop, Olympic bike Shop for bike rental, the best restaurants around the corner all 5 minutes away, after all you are here to enjoy and play,....cheers

Bed was comfortable, Jacuzzi was great, breakfast was ok! Not clean in the room, jacuzzi or outside the rooms! Lack of maintainece, cleaning, needs work! Would not recommend!

I stay here when I want to go ski Alpine or Squaw. The place is basic, but that is all I am looking for.

This place fit the bill on a very busy ski weekend as an economical, no frills motor lodge type motel. Room had obviously been remodeled/upgraded recently and seemed all quite new and clean. Location is handy to Safeway and several nearby restaurants, but the highway and its noise is very very close by. Walls are kind of thin. Some nice things you might not expect: - Breakfast was included, if basic - Microwave and mini-fridge in room Some amenities you might expect at a more expensive place that were not included: - Bathroom fan - Hot tub - Free wifi (they charged $10)

Small, but clean; Warm, but no internet; big bed, but small shower place.

The location is perfect for a day of ski at Squaw. The room we got is nice and clean, has microwave and mini refrigerator. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that breakfast only starts at 8am, and on weekends only. Other hotels we stayed in Tahoe City usually have breakfast earlier, and mostly daily. It will be really appreciated that the hotel manager could consider to start breakfast earlier (such as 7:30) so that we can go to the squaw team practice after a nice warm breakfast.

Stayed over memorial day weekend. Two night stay. Had breakfast on Sunday morning. Sign said breakfast from 8to10, but no better get up early or there will be nothing left. Good value. Located right next to a Safeway. Many restaurants and shops around. Steps from the lake. Overall gold experience. Rooms were pretty clean.

Very basic room with the only shower located in the hot tub.

Close to shopping and a very nice restaurant behind the inn, that we ate at both nights that we stayed there. Easy place to relax and not have to drive in heavy snow storms in the evenings.

Our stay was great, the only problem was at check in . Evidently there was a change in the way Orbitz notified the hotel of our reservations.

got there late; crashed and left early. excellent price for north side of Tahoe. not the darkest rooms, but certainly adequate.

This motel is very centrally located in Tahoe City. The rooms are basic but clean. The front desk is helpful. An excellent value if you don't plan on spending lots of time in the room.

WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED.
