The time I stayed, the day manager ( sorry forget her name) bar staff were all "O" 4 awesome, helpful, engaging, and most importantly took time out to ensure you were welcomed.... The bistro "O" 4 awesome, beautifully selection of food on the menu and service very helpful to ensure you are happy and content with your meal....
