Clean and fresh hotel with friendly staff and close to coffee and transport. The rooms are well appointed and have everything you need. Bathrooms are slightly small and I missed a bench that allowed for placement of toiletries.

Value for money if you need a nice clean accommodation. Hall way was quite arrow and sound proof was not the greatest. So ear plugs can be useful. Front staff was pretty helpful but I would not call house keepers friendly and helpful.

Overall the property is nice although really small location is good but not easy to sleep as its really noisy outside our aircon didn't work so had to have windows open ... i thought it was quite expensive for the room but guessing that's because of location

It was convenient, clean and not too costly and it was great to get together as a family in the one location. The mirrors provided a very spacious feel and look. There was a hairdryer and an iron, both were handy on this occasion.

We were very satisfied. Our studio executive room is well laid out, staff very cheerful and helpful. Price is a bit too high for what we would expect. Location is excellent for our business, and we would stay again but hope for a lower price.

We chose Quest Potts Point for the price and location. $130 for a night, and walking distance from Oxford St (where our event was), was really good value and cheaper than most other places we found online. The room was also very nice and exceptionally clean and tidy. It was a bit small but fine for 2 people, and the window looked into the window of the building next door, but we just pulled our blinds down and it wasn't a problem. Staff were very friendly checking in and out. We also loved the complementary Tim Tam on arrival :)

Looks can be deceiving – although the appearance of the hotel is great at first glance, we were confronted with various "bad awakenings", such as the internet/wifi not working reliably at all during the entire stay; an incredibly tiny washbasin in the bathroom as well as bad isolation of the windows/rooms, especially during the weekends when the noise of the streets, bars and clubs pierced through night.

Stayed while having treatment at nearby St Vincent's. Could not have asked for a better location. Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, all within easy walking distance. Booked one of the larger rooms, next time probably go for a one bedroom unit. Good facilities.

The positive about this place is the location. Fine if you stay a few nights but we stayed a month which was underwhelming. Drunk 20 somethings every weekend partying up and down hallways. - No attention to maintenance - Keys weren't working one night from midnight to 1am so locked out and sat in hallway waiting for rectification - barely acknowledgement of inconvenience - after event above or the 1 month stay - you'd think a free late checkout would be an option but no - charged $50 Mega improvement needed

Highly recommend stayed 2 nights staff very obliging gave us umbrella when raining and happy to assist with your requests and queries ,close proximity to city secure parking.lovely rooftop terrace with great city views ,very clean and comfortable room which was serviced daily kept asking if there was anything they could do even happy to assist putting luggage in car on departure.will stay again
