Room was well appointed. Clean and felt spacious! We were upgraded, whoch was nice! The spa and pool area was so good after a long day walking around the city! Would maybe benefit from some more seating. Bed was comfy. Felt safe and well looked after!

Room nothing like pictures hotel also nothing like pictures parking is definitely not free they get you here when you park your car but when you need to leave it then cost $50 also I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star maybe a 2 balconies look out to a dirty stinky alley side street no point even having them

I wasn't expecting to have a cooking & washing machine facility and I was travelling alone, and I didn't need it. If it can be clearly presented on ads, that would be better as I don't want to pay extra for the facility I don't need/use.

Incredible building. Such a unique hotel. It could use some love in minor details like repainting some walls, adding more seats near the pool. Overall though, glad I stayed there. Not a cookie cutter hotel.

Good location and price. 5min walk to light rail stop and Darling Hrabour. Decent, well equiped kitchen. Good size pool. Can be a bit noisy at the end near the freeway from traffic. Try to get a room towards Sydney harbour end. Unusal design inside and old wool store with a big atrium. Happy with stay
