The apartments had a bit to be desired. The coffee machine was leaking water all over the bench. The apartment was missing the basics, no chopping board, no spatula, no salad tongs which made it a bit of a challenge even to cook eggs. We were in Sydney for a wedding and the iron supplied, was not in great condition, didn’t iron properly and actually stained our shirt because there was something stuck to the bottom. Communication via email was not great either. So all in all, it was disappointing.

Great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fuĺl kitchen, washer and dryer. Generally clean, however, mould on some blinds and dust build up on window sills. Best to have your own transport for this location. Only significant issue was attempting to enter the secure parking on arrival (after an day long drive), the pin provided didn't work. Attempted multiple times before calling the advertised 24hr Kula contact number which went to an automated message advising the call could not be connected. Very stressful!

The guest had a terrible experience with the lift being broken, what caused the guest being locked in the garage and couldn't go upstairs while her daughter and her service dog where in the apartment without information of mum. The phones where out of service and out of service hours, no after hours support. The accommodation wasn't flexible with the change needed to be done in the booking and charged the whole amount.

The 'clean' sheets on one of our beds had hair and food residue in them, and the rollaway bed wasn't present at check-in despite booking for 5. The un-manned property means depending on the time of day, you will or won't have the problem rectified in a timely way - despite helpful call centre staff. Kitchen could use more cutlery and some baking trays. Otherwise a nice apartment and efficient and comprehensive automated communication.

Great apparent

The apartment was great, spacious and in an excellent condition. The location is great, and although parking was tight, there was a secure overnight parking. The only problem I found was that the carpet and tiles were dirty, they need a deep clean as they were extremely dirty and vacuuming alone is not enough.

We stayed here back in Jan 2023 and had a great experience. We just recently booked and stayed again in June 2024 and what a shame to see how much the rooms have worn since. There was mould all over the blinds. The upkeep is not good. Bathrooms need a serious deep clean as well as the carpets. It was so noisy, 2 of the 3 nights we heard drunken chatter throughout the corridors at around 2am onwards. Lastly, we left a couple of our items in the apartment but when contacting customer service, they said the cleaner reported no items found in the room. Very disappointed in both the service and experience and we won't be back again.

It’s an ok apartment. We were not impressed with how noisy it was. There was water in the garage and the dirt made it into the apartment. There was no hangers in the closet, very limited cookware and half an hour before checkout the code to open the door no longer worked. Unimpressed.

I liked the location and easy access to the apartment via the lift. Clean appliances comfortable beds. Things I didn't like, windows were not opening, no extre blankets. In every holiday apartments I previously booked, small pack of milk is always supplied, but there was none in the fridge.
