The bed was comfortable. The shower was bad and didn’t drain correctly. We found a cockroach in the bathroom- I told the staff, they weren’t bothered. When I arrived I had to wait between 5-10 minutes for a member of staff to check me in. They were too busy assisting another guess who was complaining about their dirty room.

Outside had garbage over the parking lot. Grass not trimmed. Inside floors doors trim in rough shape. We had COCKROACHES in the room. There was a ball team on our floor very loud banging on walls and doors very disrespectful we asked them several times to settle down and complained to front desk few times

If u dont mind dirt feel free to stay. Had white socks on, but when i took off my shoes and as i was going to shower my white socks where not very white anymore. Hallways stunk, hallways full.of.junctions boxes painted over. Tub spigot was broke, hallways had spilt cofgee,maybe coffee, on the floors. Would not recommend

This property use the excuse that there are renovations going on in the building to make the experience that worst hotel stay ever. Renovated rooms are dark, dirty, loud. Service by the housekeeping staff and front desk was terrible. Had to go purchase our own pillows because their “pillows“ were basically rags in a bag. We asked three days of our eight day for someone to address our toilet because it would take 10 minutes to flush all of which time we would have to hold the handle down, unacceptable basic requirement. Despite requesting housekeeping services, was only able to get it two of the eight days, otherwise we would have to keep going to the front desk to request towels, toilet paper, etc. They were running dehumidifiers in the hallways, yet the air exchange in the building was so bad, you could not walk on the floors without shoes without having tremendous amounts of moisture making it completely uncomfortable. Have stayed at every type of hotel from budget to luxury, and what this hotel provides for the price is absolutely unacceptable. Upon checkout, didn’t even get a thank you for staying or a question about how to stay was. When I asked for the managers information, told to go find it myself online. This area in Nova Scotia is known for their hospitality, but this location offered anything but that. Honestly can’t think of any aspect of this hoyel to give a positive comment about. Stay away!

seams like no one cares about cleaning and up keep.cracks in entrance,stairs look like they haven't been cleaned in months.hally wall, s need painted.they are dirty.room doors need painting,hallway floors look like they should have been changed years ago.dumidifer in hallway.i could keep going on but problem wasting my time.i,ve been to hundreds of hotels and worked in business for over 35 years and this is the worst.i checked in and after seeing how bad it was I check out 3 hours later when I came back from eating.worst place I have ever stayed.don,t waste your money like I did.
