Room had a musty/moldy smell. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned … hair in the bathtub There was thumping, banging on the walls and screaming at midnight in another room . We were two doors from reception area so I’m sure they could hear it. I sent a message to the front desk … no response. Next morning no hot water … waited two hours to see if hot water would come and nothing! Sent another message to desk … nothing Checked out without issues being resolved and was told a manager would contact me within two days and if I did not hear from her, I was to call her which I did because I did not hear from her. I left a message on her voicemail and still have not heard any response back !!

The overall appearance was unkept, pictures did not represent the condition of the hotel in it's current state. The state of repairs, towel shelf on the wall in the bathroom falling off, smoke detector falling apart, carpets in the main area looked filthy, pool and hot tub did not look in very good condition. Staff were pleasant but it really was not representative of what I believed I had booked

The carpet in the room and hallway needs cleaning (probably needs to be replaced). Checked in on Sunday and checked out on Tuesday. There was no internet service in the room until Monday morning. Hoped to shower Monday morning but there was no hot water, so no shower. There was hot water Tuesday morning so I could shower that morning. Also found one of the room lamps had no on/off switch. Lumpy mattress, stained lamp shade and room furniture was in need of replacement,

Very disappointed. We have stayed at other Travelodge locations, we understand it is a budget option and balance our expectations accordingly. That being said, our room was not cleaned properly- used bar of soap left in the shower, used coffee cup left upside down (as if clean) next to coffee maker, which still contained used coffee pod from previous guest. No clean cups. One full size pillow and two throw pillows for 2 guests. We received a welcome text asking us to reply if we had any issues, which we did- no response.

Room bathroom is old and needs updates. Mold. No plug in sink. Rusty items in bathroom. Also I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but was given a king, even though I had an email to prove my booking.! There were 3 adults so this accommodation didn’t work. I was not offered any other solution as they said they were fully booked. Horrible service from both Expedia and Travelodge!

The check in reception was disorganized. We got to the hotel past 5pm. We were told our room was not ready yet and we have to wait. Receptionist told us our room will be 226. 15 minutes later someone came to where we were waiting and said your room is ready, room 152. We said that must belong to someone else (quite a few people waiting with us in the lobby). The receptionist who made a mistake did not even apologize nor came to us about the mixup. We were told the new room is downstairs, and no elevator. Which we explained to them we’d rather have the first room assigned to us since my husband is having difficulty walking in the stairs.

$250 damage deposit upon check in!!! I think the hotel needs to spend some of its own money to fix things in the hotel. Garbage cans in the hallways to catch water leaking through the roof. Our room did not have a functioning hair dryer, dead batteries in the tv remote, alarm clock did not work, and no stopper for the tub. Thiss hotel needs a serious makeover in general.

Lots of parking and lots of lights everywhere. Felt very safe. The hotel is dated but has everything we need. Perfect for our dogs, especially the outdoor area. We loved this. Breakfast was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay again for sure!!
