Kirribilli is just a stone's throw from Sydney's vibrant CBD, offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. In just 10 minutes, you can immerse yourself in the city's hustle and bustle, then retreat to the peaceful charm of this picturesque suburb.
Kirribilli boasts some of Sydney's most iconic views, is home to the world-famous Luna Park, and features stunning walking tracks showcasing the city's beauty. With direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, as well as a fantastic selection of cafes, supermarkets, pubs, and liquor stores, Kirribilli truly has it all.
You are within walking distance of everything Sydney has to offer. We would recommend the ferry (the wharf is across the road from the apartment) or walking the Harbour Bridge to get into the CBD.

*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of FOUR people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
