Excellent location, near beach, shopping, and restaurants. The room was somewhat dated though.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is great and convenient. View is amazing.

the beach was very close, it was fun for the kids to stay here

First off, first time going to Australia and man, what an experience. Not only is the country amazing, but the people managed to make it even better. Out of all the places I've visited, Sydney, Australia made me feel so welcomed. So you can only expect the hotel staff to be even nicer. And they delivered. To my requests, they were compassionate and professional about delivering an outstanding service. The rooms were always kept tidy and homey. I always judge a room 75% on their bathrooms, and the bathrooms were very clean, spacious, and modern. The amenities were decent for the location, although I wish I didn't have to pay for water. The views were nearly movie like with a roof top that invites you to be the star in casual apartment like scene with a majestic Australian blue background. Everything you needed was in arm's length proximity: a classy expensive restaurant to your left, a quick stop shop to your right, a beach a few walks away, and everything else within jogging distance. I don't even know if there was breakfast offered, but if not, didn't matter because I wanted to go out and try food anyways. My only regret; I wish I could have stayed longer. Hopefully I get to come back soon.

The hotel was a good value, right next to the beach with plenty of places to eat and chill-out.

Hotel meet our expectations. Very good customer service, but wireless internet was not free, but very high price.

We had a great time at the hotel next to a great beach.

As I was visiting someone living in Coogee, the location was convenient. Upon arrival we were told that the lift was being replaced and we would have to walk up and down the stairs the entire week - had us originally on the 4th floor, but upon complaining they relocated us to the 2nd level, but close to the elevator shaft. Had there been ANY communication before our getting there, we would have picked one of the other hotels in the area. Then the workers started very loud banging daily at around 7-7:30 am - spoke with the GM Tracy Whitelaw after a number of days of this annoying wake up call, and was promised that they would delay the workers start time - took another day till they delayed till 8:30ish - Tracy also stated she had a meeting with the owner and offered a $100 refund on the over $1000US paid. Sent her 3-4 emails after many weeks passed with no return communication or the promised refund. They have shown a lack of professionalism and honesty, so I would strongly recommend one finding another place to stay in the area ...

The location drives the price for this property. It ia a very average place to stay, nothing special. The staff however were very friendly, helpful and upbeat. The parking is also a huge advantage being directly opposite the beach and any parking in this area (in summer/sunny days) is very hard to find.

I thought the place was great. I found a shuttle from the airport to drop me off right on the doorstep. Room was decent sized with a nice bathroom as well. I did the Coastal Beaches walk from Coogee to Bondi which was spectacular! Bus ride was about 20ish minutes to the Circular Quay.
