Good location, close to Hyde Park. Hotel was marked as a VIP, don't understand why, didn't notice any difference. Towels on the floor in the bathroom were not changed, towels on the floor from the bed were not put back to the bed. Cleaning service was terrible. It's 4 star hotel, but it looks like 2 star motel.
It have been called a best western minus. The location was not at all what we expected. The hotel was generally poor, more like a motel 6 than a $200 a night hotel. We have had good experiences with Best Western Plus in other locations outside the US. Other hotels in the area were much better values.
Close to downtown and the bus it was a great place to stay

We stayed here because we only had one night in Sydney and wanted a hotel that was convenient in location, didn't cost too much and most importantly was clean.
Very clean and comfortable room in a great location. Friendly staff was very helpful. A few things that would have improved my stay: (1) There was no deadbolt or security bar on the door, which, as a female traveling alone, was a bit unnerving. I slept with a chair under the door handle. (2) There were no electrical outlets near the beds so I had to charge my phone and electronics in the kitchen area. (3) Both of the beds in my room were right underneath the windows so when I was lying down, the light from outside that was came in from underneath the curtains was directly across my face. So I slept about a third of the day down the bed and a bit diagonally.
