This modern apartment is near the sandy beach and spa park in a quiet area of Swinoujscie. All interesting place, promenade and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself has fast free WiFi, 2 sofa beds that can be used for maximum 4 adults, a kitchen with hotplates and a refrigerator, a TV with local channels and a balcony facing to the garden. A seperate own bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There are parking spaces for bicycles and vehicles within the facility.
The living room with an open kitchen have enough space for up to 4 adults. In the kitchen are a refrigerator with a small freezer, two plats for cooking, toaster, egg boiler and kettle. In front of it there is a dining table with 4 chairs. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and a washing machine. There is also a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes horse. The apartment itself has a large east-facing balcony facing the garden. Each balcony in the residential complex is separated from its neighbors by a partition wall.

With the KEYLESS ACCESS, access to the apartment is easy and the key problem is eliminated. You will receive the access code shortly before your arrival and are valid until the end of your holiday. Intermediate cleaning can be carried out on request for an additional charge, otherwise the apartment will be cleaned by qualified and hygienic standards after departure.
