Nice stay

Excellent food, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. They were having a prom event when we arrived and it made parking a nightmare. The kids liked the pool, and I found the workout room to be more than adequate.

Air conditioning noisy, old and lacked proper adjustment. Bathroom plug didn’t work properly. Breakfast a bit sparse if not early. Welcome could be improved with a smile and welcome rather than making you feel like a job that has to be done. Great position for the Cotswolds, Bath and Oxford. Overall clean and generally friendly team.

Food shocking - cold, hard & not edible Room No windows to open - air con in the room was big, on the floor & very noisy But had to have it on. Then bit falling off the room Very badly decorated. The service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was fine. The bathrooms in the rooms could use a refresh, and while the rooms aren't as soundproof as advertised, they are still fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
