Horrible experience at this hotel! We booked the room for three adults (family). The space was good, with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The problem was that there was no window in the room and no air conditioning. The room had a sky light but it was broken so there was no airflow in the room at all. It was so incredibly hot in the room. They did provide fans when we complained. The water in the shower was also extremely hot so we couldn't even take a cold shower to cool down. They would not move us to another room and admitted the next morning that they should not have booked that room. Horrible night!

I'm sorry you did not have an enjoyable stay with us Beth. Unfortunately the hot weather has been much hotter than expected in the hotel this year and we are taking all channels we can to ensure our guests have a cool stay.
