Room was super clean, i always check natresses since i have a bad experience with bed bugs that being said the matresses were well protected, clean and looked new. Staff was amazing and helpful, they knew we had a long trip ahead and let us take snacks even offer to bring more out if we did not have enough available to us. Check out was fast, it was a perfect rest stop for two long days of driving, we are very satisfied with the hotel def. Will add it as one of our stops for the next trip. Breakfast was good :) lots of choices and included for the price we would have paid at a different hotel without breakfast.

Worst bed at a holiday inn express award goes to sweetwater. Was like sleeping on a rock. A clean rock but still a rock. The rest of the hotel gets 5 stars from me. But i just cant get past the bed.

For 3 days, A/C was very loud. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Water dispenser out of order. Sticky residue on room floors. Staff stared at us when in view of them - creepy. Definitely not worth the $.

The pool was a deciding factor. What a letdown.
