The smell in my room and the ballrooms was horrible and the gnats for the wedding room were out of control. Changed rooms and it still smelled so bad. Was there for a wedding but would def never recommend

Hotel had a dumpster where we should have been parking on the back of the building where are room was. No water pressure in the shower. Room was very stuffy. I wanted to talk to the check out employee but they didn’t have a clue on how to answer the persons simple questions only passed the questions off to the supervisor. So I just did the express checkout. House keeping never vacuumed while we stayed there.
Great room with lots of outlets and places to charge devices. I was given a couple of vouchers for breakfast, too, I'm assuming because I booked for a three-night stay. If you put your Do Not Disturb sign up past noon, stop at the desk and remind them that you still would like your room serviced. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.
The food was excellent. Door handle between adjoining rooms was broken and hanging. Made me very nervous. Lots of black mold in bathroom ceiling. Beds were great.
not even a banana,understand beds not being made,but first time I had to empty my own trash,stayed infl,south carolina. and nj.going and coming back.only hotel without free breakfast
It is convenient to have the restaurant but it was understaffed. The humidity was so high the carpets were damp.
The lobby was very spacious and beautiful. The room was very nice and clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great!
Dog friendly, clean and large room's. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It’s been n renovation stage, didn’t bother me Buffet was good, would stay again!
The air conditioning for the room was horrible. I cannot stand the air conditioners that turn off and on.
They told me I could pay with cash when I got there and when I arrived they told me I had to have my money on the card
The bar in the hotel served hot meals to order, the staff were very griendly and room was clean and comfortable
