I have been staying in many of the Hampton Inn hotels, this one was the worst so far. It is not just old, it’s very dirty. Broken shower head, broken bathroom outlet (so you can’t use hair blower), stain everywhere…
I rated this hotel as an ok. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet and couldn't hear other guests which was nice. Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms need attention. Missing lamp shades, old stained chairs, and remote not for the TV. Also asked for clean linens and when we came back to our room after being gone our room had been cleaned but there were dirty sunflower seeds all over our floor. They were not ours...we didnt eat or have sunflower seeds.
After a very bad experience with your competition. We are very pleased with you guys. Clean bed , rug , bathroom, plenty of clean towels More than enough outlets and lights. An alarm clock. 4 pillows each bed and clean sheets. No odor of smoke or anything else. Yes as you can tell we had a very bad experience We felt very safe and this baby did just that slept like one. Side note the mirrors in room 330 are awesome. Thank you again and staff were fun and professional. Breakfast was a delicious.
Property is under an outdoor remodel and appears closed. The inside was very clean and staff was pleasant and attentive.
Great location by Delaware Bridge. Lots of food with in walking. Staff and check in was easy and nice
There was nothing flashy about this property, but it was clean and quiet and the staff reacted well to any of our requests. The free breakfast was excellent.
Outside was clean and well maintained. I felt safe. Room was large and comfortable.
Is peaceful private and i will continue to stay here when needed
