I was not able to travel or check in due to the The state of NJ under state of emergency due to the aNor'easter Storm Forecast For East Coast… the hotel refuse to cancel refund or credit the reservation!! Staff was rude and unprofessional. Even Expedia staff explained how rude the hotel staff responded to them. Horrible customer service

Staff was great, room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the amount of homeless , drug influenced young adults lurking around the property at all hours of the night. I feel the only reason my vehicle was safe is because of the amount of surveillance cameras they have on the property.
