Was staying here for 3 days for business trip before moving to Suzhou. Check in were very fast as I have checked in using my Marriott mobile app. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a larger room due to my member status and it is a very nice room. Clean and comfortable. The only things I would recommend is to have more restaurant in this hotel as only 1 western restaurant here. The breakfast here is good. The small wantan here is superb but did not serve everyday. So if you have a chance, this is a must grab breakfast item.

Having stayed in Courtyard multiple times over the last year and a half, I have become quite used to it. As a gold member now, I get access to the lounge on 27th floor, which is a nice place to relax after a day's work. Being a vegetarian, I would prefer if some more vegetarian options are added in the food menu. Having said that, the downtown market is just 10 mins drive away with many vegetarian options. PS: The staff is very courteous and willing to help. If you do not know Mandarin, you may face some initial hiccups communicating with them.

I always stay at this hotel when I am on trip to Kunshan and I am a platinum member. Hotel upgraded me to a suite hotel but I found the sitting room has not good enough lighting and washroom is not located inside the bedroom. Asked for change to standard room within 5 minutes after checked in, but receptionist simply told me no room was available without checking. My colleague was able to change the room when she made serious complaint, after me. It clearly told me a rule, they will ignore your request and your need, if you do not make complaint.

Stayed 2 nights here for a business trip. 1st night arrival wanted a quick dinner so had at the hotel restaurant. The food level is below average. The breakfast crew perhaps from the same crew as well, not up to Marriott group of quality. Overall it is still a good hotel and good location although it is not walking distance to city center.

Rooms are nice, water is hot and pressure is good. Beds are clean and comfortable. Building contains more than just hotel. Lower floors accessible by stairwell or elevator on other side of building. Appears to be another hotel/office/apartment. Interesting exploration of "other side". Disappointed to find no lights in stairwell and construction material (cart) chained to stairwell. In case of fire you will be in the dark and fall over it. WIFI/internet almost unusable. 0.10 MB/s down, 2MB/s up Restaurants are good, breakfast is excellent.

It took 20 mins to check in as about 3 different receptionists dealt with me which was a bit annoying. Anyway the rooms are excellent and beds very comfortable. Food especially breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. Downtown is only 10 mins by taxi with plenty of restaurants.

Excellent service , good breakfast . My stay was very pleasant with beautiful river view and it was even better at nights overlooking downtown buildings of Shanghai . The rooms are nicely kept and clean . 😊😊😊

CHECK IN receptionist is very NICE, to help raise the suite. My children are very fond of "welcome gift -local paper cutting". The room is clean; lounge wine is very rich, breakfast is delicious. In Marriott ,we always feel sincere service and have a good experience. the next time we will come again.

I've stayed at many Courtyards in the US and none was ever like this. The room size was about the same, but it was much nicer and the bathroom was much nicer. I was on the "executive level" and I'm not sure if the rooms on the other levels are the same, but I was very happy. I would happily stay here again (and plan to soon). Internet speed was good. TV was large (but I don't remember if I ever used it). Bed was comfortable and shower was great. The breakfast buffet (included with my rate) was HUGE and the food was very good overall. Probably 2nd only to a Marriott I stayed at in Shanghai and only because the quality there was slightly higher, but fewer options. They had Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and western foods so I can't imagine what you'd want that wasn't there. Staff in the breakfast area was also very friendly. I used the executive lounge once, but it was almost closing so I can't give a very good review. At that time, they had a few desserts and drinks. The room was nice enough. This would have been "good" for a US Marriott. I've never even seen a lounge in a Courtyard in the US. There are a few restaurants in walking distance including an decent Japanese one. The location is at the intersection of 2 main streets so its pretty convenient.

Right on the main road simple lobby a high rise with a good sleek interior rooms. Rooms are of decent size and staff is very friendly. the breakfast is served on the first floor coffee shop. A good breakfast spread with local and continental options. A simple Gym, accessible through the room key opening door. Nice and friendly staff. Over all a very pleasing experience.
