70th Birthday Celebration

Great week with three generations. House was perfect for the 16 of us. Just as described. House was appointed with every need. Asked all four couples and it was a consensus of 5-star ratings.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house and property are set up for the perfect family vacation. We enjoyed every inch of the house and property. The patio/pool area makes for fun evenings without having to leave and fight traffic. Beds were comfortable, only thing I would maybe change was not using microfiber sheets, that is just my opinion, but I am not even going to complain about that because the mere fact that you do not even have to put the sheets on the bed when you get there or take them off when you leave make it worth it. Perfect house, great host!

Great family time

This home is perfect for the whole family. We had ages from 1 to 69 and had plenty of space. The outdoor patio was perfect to keep watch on little ones while still engaging in conversation with adults! I wouldn't change a thing. The owner was so responsive - I just love her. She thought of everything. Would do it all again.

Excellent!

We had 10 adults, ranging in age from 30 to 66, 3 children—a 20 month and 7 year old twins. The pool was perfect! Golf was great. Bonding over boogie boarding-I have no words. Seeing the sunrise from the balconies beautiful. I have always wanted to host a beach vacation with my family. It was better than I imagined. We have already made plans to come back. Thank you! Ps. Not mentioned in the description-there are a couple bathtubs.

Memorable Family Visit at Surfside Beach

Our family had an outstanding time returning to the beach after many years away. The weather was warm and not humid. The property was ideally located for us, was in excellent condition, and the space and facilities accommodated all our needs. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

This place is great!!! Location Location Location!! Property owners were fast to respond to all texts and emails. The outside is updated beautifully and plenty of places to sit around the pool. The beach and ocean are just steps away,and the sand is very clean.

Awesome Beach house

We had a wonderful vacation at the Dance Beach house. We walked out the back door and onto the beach everyday. It was perfect for our family gathering with the outdoor eating areas, grill, swimming pool and putting green. There was something for everyone!!

Myrtle Beach Bike Week

There were 13 of us total, and we all truly enjoyed our experience at the house. Great location and amenities, and the beach views from the upper floors were awesome. The only thing I would change is add an outdoor shower are with toilet. Although we used the shower head on the small deck coming back from the beach, unfortunately, sand was still tracked into the pool and house. Plus, it’s rather inconvenient to walk upstairs to use the restroom, especially if you’re wet from the pool or hot tub.

All I need to say is AMAZING view!

There was 10 of us ranging from 2 years old to 73 years old and we all had an amazing time. The property is stunning and in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the action. Kay was super responsive when we needed her. I would give The Dance a 10 out of 10!!
