Step inside to find a cozy, classic coastal retreat, and step outside to enjoy the true highlight of the home—an amazing screened-in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. The spacious yard is shaded by beautiful live oak trees, offering a peaceful setting for outdoor fun. You're just three blocks from the beach, the brand-new Surfside Pier, or the vibrant downtown area filled with shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Enjoy the convenient outdoor shower (hot and cold water) for rinsing off after a fun filled day at the beach or a creative shower option for the kids (now that's creating lasting beach vacation memories!). Lots of room for everyone to enjoy our time together. Very close to bot just the beach, which was great!! Also close to more than one park for children and a park for our dogs. That was wonderful for us! Full sized and easy to use waher and dryer was also a big plus. The chairs and rockers on the screened in deck were fantastic to be able to go enjoy multiple times a day with both adults, grand children, pets and even alone.
