The spacious yard is shaded by beautiful live oak trees, offering a peaceful setting for outdoor fun. You're just three blocks from the beach, the brand-new Surfside Pier, or the vibrant downtown area filled with shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Enjoy the convenient outdoor shower (hot and cold water) for rinsing off after a fun filled day at the beach or a creative shower option for the kids (now that's creating lasting beach vacation memories!).
