Now really did not have to much of a bad stat but the unit we had had a leaking roof and it got water all over the place had maintenance come in to fix and when we got back to the unit they left the door open to our unit nice !!!
We drove 10 hours with our 18m old, 7 persons in total, only to be told they had double booked our room and we had nowhere to stay. They said our booking agency was supposed to contact us. We were free to stay in their parking lot while we handled the issue. This was a nightmare to say the least. There was absolutely no help from staff, besides the parking lot offer. We ended up paying double for 2 rooms at the Quality inn, on the 4th, you can imagine. I would stay at the Quality Inn, happily, in the future.
I stay here every year for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. Very reasonably priced and check in and out is a breeze. Tiffany in the office is alwayd very nice and professional.
House was super clean... Late check in directions were excellent... Amenities a plus... I will be using them again next year for beach get away👍👍
The property is a gated community with designated ample parking space. The front office staff were Extremely helpful and check in was a breeze even after hours. Extra amenities that are not stated were a plus. Unit was a lot larger than portrayed in the photos. Would definitely rent here again. Only thing I’d hope to see change is early check out time
Unit was clean and well-appointed. Could have been better communication prior to arrival on accessing property once there. Check-in staff was very helpful, and made me feel welcome.

Awesome place to stay. A little further from the beach than I usually stay but can’t beat it for the price. Nicest staff I’ve ever met. Big rooms, big common areas, plenty of parking right in front of door.
Located within a 5-minute walk of Deer Track Golf Resort, Deercreek Townhomes is within a mile (2 km) of Magnolia Lake. This 3-star condo building has 37 guestrooms and offers an outdoor pool, free in-room WiFi, and free self parking.
Each condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a dining area and a sitting area. A TV comes with cable channels and a DVD player, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a ceiling fan. Housekeeping is not available.
Guests of Deercreek Townhomes have access to an outdoor pool, a children's pool, and free WiFi in public areas. You can take advantage of free parking if you drive. Helpful staff is there to provide concierge services, as well as offer insight about the area. Additional amenities include a spa tub, an outdoor tennis court, and barbecue grills.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the maintenance of your townhome. We are happy to know our maintenance were prompt to the issue with the roof leak. However, the mistake of leaving your townhouse unsecured, will be brought to our managements attention. Please be reassured, we will do our best to not have this happen again in the future. April, we profusely apologize about the mix-up with your reservation. We contacted the third party you booked through on May 25th to let them know that we would not be able to accommodate your reservation due to overbooking and requested that they relocate you. We did receive confirmation from them that same day that they were relocating you. Unfortunately after that point there is nothing else we can do on our end as they are the ones responsible for relocation and the communication of that. We do apologize for the way they handled your reservation and have been in contact with them about the situation as well. We hope you will give us another chance by staying at our property and booking directly with us to avoid third party mishaps.
