I don't know how (when paying) that I specified no sheets, pillow cases, or towels. Perhaps when checking that box - you should specify, in RED, that there will be no sheets, pillow cases, or towels.Overall - pretty nice

The house served our needs perfectly. We were a group of guys in town for a golf trip and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. All linens were provided, as described. The elevator door knob was broken when we arrived, but as soon as the host was notified they immediately sent someone out to fix it. The beds were a little on the soft side, but definitely not uncomfortable. We will plan on booking again for this purpose in the future.

The dining table and living room furniture were very dirty/worn. Nobody in the group would use the table. Woke up freezing the first night and had to call the office at 5 am to get the thermostat code. Rented this unit specifically for the elevator but it didn’t work after the first day. The door handle to the elevator at ground level is broken, so couldn’t enter it at that level. Old reviews had complaints about the elevator

beach view was fine. did not use pool. I thought it was weird that I had to have a linen charge. I have VRBO for over 15 years and NEVER had to rent linens and make our own beds. 450.00. Also 2nd day there I cleaned the kitchen floor the towel I used was black when I was done. No way this house was cleaned well and I think that was over 250 there was food crumbs in the utensil draws.also we were told to bring are own dish soap,laundry soap. shampoo never done that before either. no spices. All other VRBO I have done to me always had a pay it forward outlook on spices and such. have coffee to start we buy some leave for the next guest spice like that too

Guys golf trip

The house was good and fit our group of 8 guys perfectly as everyone had their own room (one slept on the couch) and enough bathrooms for all. Location across the street from the water was great with decent views. Just a few negatives kept it from being perfect. 1. We couldn't get the elevator work (not a big deal with 8 guys). 2. We never could get the coffee maker to work which could have been user error but the buttons were worn on it so you didn't know which one to press (although we tried them all). 3. The beds had no sheets on them, only top blankets. Later we found in the bottom of the bags that had the towels, there were sheets. 4. The location did not come up on the GPS so it made a few food deliveries tough. 5. The house could use a few more amenities. There was only one trash bag (thankfully we had brought our own), no sponge to wash dishes. 6. The water pressure on the upper floor showers was non-existent. Overall, the house fit our needs and location was great but with a few minor things it could be an excellent place!
