I booked a 2 night getaway here and chose the Studio Beachside Superior unit. We were placed on the 4th floor and had the promised ocean view between buildings. The studio was compact but very comfortable, bigger balcony than expected, with a table, 4 chairs and room for the clothes airer rack. The kitchen had everything we needed - 2 ring stove-top, microwave, kettle, toaster. Plenty of cutlery, utensils and saucepans. Full sized bathroom with spa bath ( wall mounted small hair-drier )The bed was very luxurious- we slept so well! The outdoor pool was sun-drenched in the middle hours of the day, lots of banana lounges around. We had the gym to ourselves - it is amazing well- equipped! and we also had the 10th floor roof top spa pool to ourselves each time we went up there, despite it being school holidays! The beach is straight out the front door with lots of cafes and shops close by.

Great place to stay close to restaurants ,beach and underwater world beautiful view from large Balkon.Great for children and couples nice spa and bbq on rooftop . Nice food outlets and shops on esplanade.

This is a brilliant location at a very good price . The apartment was well appointed and clean . There was a great pool and spa as well as an additional roof spa and bbq . We were there as a couple , but there were lots of families too , and the kids were just loving the pool

My Husband David & I have been to Landmark Resort many times over a 10 year period and have always had the most wonderful time here. Especially for longer stays, the Price, Position and its Proximity to an amazing beach, we feel it's the Best Value Resort in Queensland. . We have just been there recently, (for 6 nights), and felt it was about time after all these years to write a review, especially as there has been a change of Manager, who we found to be extremely Professional and is making some great improvements, (including WiFI, available now in the Apartments....not just the Foyer area....and other General Improvements. For a busy Resort, the Front Office staff do an amazing job, especially around Peak times. They are always helpful and courteous.. We have stayed in lots of Hotels all over the world, and although our Children are all older now, the Landmark Mooloolaba is still our favorite for a relaxing holiday, due to its excellent position. For those with young children, this is such a family-friendly beach area, for those wanting a safe environment, but still a beach with great Surf (2 beach areas are usually always Patrolled by Life Guards, during certain hours). The Resort is also surrounded by heaps of trendy cafes, restaurants, which overlook this wonderful Beach. There is a great play area for kids a few seconds walk from the Hotel and a small Marine park (Underwater World) just a few minutes walk ..The beach also has a fun rock-pool area that keeps kids occupied for hours. Yes as one reviewer mentioned, some of the more economically priced room that haven't been renovated as yet are getting a bit tired, but there is a choice to upgrade to a Renovated room (if available) if you want to spend a tad more. We however find all the rooms we have stay in meet our needs and I'm a fussy women. The Room and bed comfort meet our needs, and are always spotlessly clean. One has to remember though, to weigh-up position and price, and for the these factors you can't beat this Hotel, (we researched many before we chose to make this Hotel, our home away from home).. On the Roof Top of the Hotel ie on the 10th floor is a Spa and BQ area with the most amazing views of the Ocean and River, especially at Sunset, when you can see the famous Glass House Mountains. Now our children are no longer holidaying with us, my husband and I always stay in a Studio River View Apartment, however there are 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments for bigger groups. Amanda Millward

We have stayed in a Superior Studio Apartment for 3 nights and are very impressed. Has a view over the beach and is close to the surf club and beach as well as restaurants and shops. It also has its own pool with kids pool and spa and sauna. Once you are here you do not need a car unless you want to go on a drive. The studios has a 2 burner cooktop in addition to microwave etc. There is also a washing machine with dryer built in. Everything is neat clean and modern.

My husband and I stayed here in a two bedroom apartment, with friends of ours (4 adults in total) in March. It’s more financially economical to stay in a two bedroom apartment when holidaying with another couple, however, please do note that this resort does not offer two bedroom apartments with room configurations of two queen beds. We had a queen room with ensuite and a room with two single beds right next to the main bathroom. Again, we knew this before going in & could deal with that for a couple of days considering the location, amenities & reasonable pricing. 😊 The resort is situated in a ‘Fabulous Location’, right in the heart of beautiful Mooloolaba!!! What can I tell you? ... The staff were friendly & accommodating, the location, yep, you guessed it, fabulous! Right across the road from the beach!!! You can even borrow hotel towels to take to the beach, as well as to use at the pool of course. The resort amenities were great, although the ‘Games Room’ was out of action when we were there. I believe they’re sourcing a new supplier for that, so I’m sure it’ll be back up & running in no time. There’s a rooftop spa & bbq with some pretty great views (pretty much 360 degrees, if I’m not mistaken). The pool & spa on level 1 are really good, there are a couple of nice little waterfalls cascading into the pool, and it’s all away from the main street, so no one walking by can see you, it’s also guest only access which is another bonus, as is the property (guest only access) ‘after hours’, when reception closes at 6pm. Although the hotel is in a fabulous location, so you can pretty much walk anywhere in Mooloolaba, (Coles, The Wharf, the boutique shops & eateries along the Esplanade etc.), secure undercover car parking is included in your room rate & 5GB (per room, per day) of wifi! The room; as I mentioned, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. All apartments (to my knowledge), are self contained so there’s no room service, (but you are sooo close to everything, or you can get Uber Eats anyway so you’re all sorted there, if you can’t be bothered going out! 😉).. so, back to it.. as I was saying, the apartments are self contained, which means they’re not cleaned & toiletries are not replenished daily by the resort. We were fully aware of this & it wasn’t an issue for us. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher and enough ‘cleaning products’ for a couple of days to enable you to wash dishes & clothes. They also provide you with a couple of days worth of coffee, sugar & tea bags, as long as you’re not a 10 cups a day kinda person! 😉 We stayed in room 560 which had AMAZING views! (I’ve attached some photos). It’s an ocean view (front?) apartment and it certainly was that!!! I would definitely recommend this apartment. It’s on the 5th floor, (don’t worry, there are elevators, haha), and there’s a great balcony that goes around two sides of the apartment. There are plenty of doors to open to let in the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean! Having said that, when you close the doors, they’re very good at blocking out noise!! Well, I think I’ve covered everything? Hopefully you enjoyed my review & it’s helped with your decision... choosing a hotel can be tough, I know! But I feel pretty confident that if you’re not a Negative Nelly & don’t look for stuff to complain about, you’ll love this place! 🤣 Happy holidaying & stay safe! Ps - I included a couple of pictures of the delicious, awesome looking Hot Chocolates from the Surf Club across the road! pps - I gave it a score of 4/5 because even though I was aware before we arrived, that there weren’t two queen beds in the apartment, hubby & I graciously gave the queen room to our friends that came up from Victoria, and I had to sleep in a single bed & I didn’t love that! Hahaha.....

We managed to get booking a few weeks out from Easter. We decided to pay a little bit more for a room with a view. I’m so glad we did. The view was amazing we were in the 5th floor with a side view of the front beach and we could see the canals also. The common areas were fantastic pool was great as was the spa. The bed was super nice to sleep on great pillows. The furtuinture was a tad worn looking but won’t effect your stay at all. If your looking for a hotel that you park your car and everything is at your door step then look no further. We will be back for sure

The Landmark Resort is fantastically located in beautiful Mooloolaba, literally the closest accommodation to the patrolled area of the beach. In addition it is perfectly located for the many restaurants and cafes in Mooloolaba, it really is a great opportunity to park the car for the holiday! We had a two bedroom apartment, which was for the most part clean and tidy. For us with two teenagers we wish we had chosen a room configuration with two bathrooms rather than a split bathroom. A little more clarity on bathrooms on the booking sites would be useful. Really our only complaint would be that the chairs outside were quite uncomfortable and the couch could have done with a clean. Although we didn't spend much time at the apartment it was lovely to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the views however we had to improvise with cushions to make the metal chairs more comfortable. Compared to other properties along the main front we feel this offered real value for money. Enjoyed the location so much we booked for Christmas during our stay (although in a different specification room with two bathrooms!).

Landmarks Resort is very central you literature have restaurants bars and shopping right at your door step and the beach is across the road how perfect is that. Location excellent we were on fourth floor our view was part beach it was really nice sitting out on balcony having a drink. We had a one bedroom apartment with bathroom next to room the toilet was separate. The shower was a not the best it was awkward to get into keep hitting my legs and toes when getting in, I suppose that what you get when it's a high rise shower not the best shower I've come across the water pressure was spot on could not fault that. My first night sleep was not good as the bed was quite hard and I'm not use to hard beds but after a few days I got semi use too it, all good though. The room was small but doable great amenities with ironing board and iron/washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher and even a mop and vacuum cleaner. Room not service but can be service at additional cost or if you stay longer than 7 nights you get a free full service. Very clean room not much cupboard space or any where to store your bags, I like to totally unpack when I'm away just like been at home. The pool area was quite small we didn't spend much time there as the beach is like a 2 minute walk so we went there most of the time but still nice pool to swim in if it's not over crowded. Overall Landmarks is awesome has a lot going for it location spot on and the staff are brilliant very helpful and friendly had a awesome stay.

The unit even though it was very small it was comfortable clean and the staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym on site and rooftop barbecue all included. We had a relaxing week there. Beware of travel agents with specials? The best and fairest way to book your stay is with the resort itself.
