Very-very-VERY dirty, roaches are everywhere, super stinky, the hot water is brown in the beginning, the breakfast is awful, but the location is nice and close to IKEA and Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Yes, it was dirty. The hallway is filthy and the place is unkempt. That hotel needs to be seriously revamped. They don't care about the property. Had i known it was like that i would have NEVER booked it. I want my money back.

The check in is smooth it’s with a virtual agent you get keys quick. The hotel conditions were poor. The hallway carpet had a lot of dirt and felt really sticky to your shoes. There are roaches in the room so we left a light on. The cleaning crew was supposed to come in 3 days but we did not see them. We stood 4 days. The room was not cleaned and had an odor when we arrived. The shower had a used wet towel. There was a lady refilling the breakfast area who was sweet. There was another gentleman who gave us extra towels after I reported there were bugs on the ones we had in the room.

This property not supposed to be on the market as a hotel was so dirty.Smelly runs and roaches.If you want me, I can attach pictures of the roaches in the bathroom, I bury this appointment and the rooms stink like humidity.

This hotel is horrible! It need an overall overhaul. Filthy bathroom, horrible linens, noisy a/c, constant interruptions n the wifi, musty & smelly rooms, horrible nd low, lowest quality breakfast options. 1-no front desk agent 2-no breathing air because they had sprayed chimical against roach, it was very strong for the 3 nights plus we kill two baby roachs 3-just one person to attend to the breakfast refill was not sufficient, the agent was wonderful but was only one, could not deliver a miracle 4-suitcase stand was broken 5-lamp base beside bed is rusted 6-soap of very low quality Sugestion: if you want to save CLOSE THE HOTEL !
