We enjoyed our stay here. The only complaint we had was the people next to us were horribly noisy yelling profanity late at night. I can't blame the hotel for that as I do believe these people staying there were less than upstanding citizens.
Excellent option, location is a plus, near Sawgrass Mills and other interest sites. Secure for family. Basic breakfast. Staff is excellent. Hotel's manager Pedro really solve any problem.
Great location for shopping! Quiet area for a great nights sleep! Don't feed the Aligator in the pond out back.
Great location if shopping at Sawgrass outlet and IKEA. Easy to get to from turnpike.
Business trip hotel clean and close to sawgrass mills mall Overall the stay was fine
good trip, great value for money place, nice big rooms, good filling bfast, great helping front desk staff, excellent shopping opportunities with ross, walmart, sawgrass etc in close proximity ! was on a 3 day trip with wife and daughter..
We stayed one night after a evening flight from St Louis. It's about 11 miles from the airport but fairly easy to get to. It's off the highway just enough that the noise isn't an issue. We found the staff friendly and the room comfortable. Good value for the money.
great hotel, very close to the mall, clean, easy parking, great price.
Nice place, good relation between cost and service
Chose this locations because it was so close to BB&T center. We managed to fit in a side shopping trip to Sawgrass Mills and even Ikea during our short stay because they were nearby too. The Inn & Suites was clean and modern. The free breakfast a plus. Be sure to pick LaQuinta Inn and Suites. There's another LaQuinta across the street but it seemed dated and not as nice.
It was very close to a lot of shopping and eating places were all around! Just behind IKEA. It only took 5 Mia to Sawgrass Mall. And the Bb&t areana
We enjoyed the decorative furnishings of our room. It's located beside an IKEA which we toured. It was neat to eat our complimentary breakfast by the pool and watch an alligator in the adjacent pond.
The only thing I really did not like was the breakfast.
La Quinta isn't known for high-end luxury so I was surprised when I walked into the room to hear soft music playing and ambient lighting and seeing a turned down bed. Unfortunately, this luxury was only skin deep. The room was very dirty and the mattress was uncomfortable. The pull out sleeper sofa had a ripped up mattress and no bee linens. When I called about this, I was told I would have to collect linens from the front desk. The room would not latch properly, so security of belongings was an obvious problem, but the broken latch also meant that the hallway noise was awful.
The room was really not clean. The AC unit had a ton of dust and cover kept falling off. Cleaning staff did not come for 2 days I had to call to ask for towels, toilet paper, and to empty our trash. It is not the cleanest hotel. Location is great though.
Overall parking is free and wife is also free. The room is a little old. The sink is outside of the washroom which I don't like. But overall it is super close to the saw glass mill outlet.
I slept like a bear in my hotel room because the bed was so comfy and then in the morning I had free breakfast which was so delicious. I enjoyed my stay very much.
Travelling with my son for this trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the exterior and then lobby of the hotel. When I first entered the room, though, there was a distinct smell of marijuana and the bathroom fan was still running (perhaps to hide the aroma). We stayed for two nights, during which there was no maid service. Apparently, two of the cleaning crew members had left the company on our first day. After speaking with the front desk about our experience, they offered a bottled water. Definitely needs some help.
Rate of hotel was more than room was worth. Our room had dustballs under the dresser. The smoke alarm was missing, and the wires were exposed, waiting for a new one to be put in. The heat/air conditioning unit was in pieces, and no note that you had to actually control the temperature by the thermostat. No laundry bag in room. The "breakfast" in morning was joke. A hundred people or so crowded into a little area, ONE waffle make, 2 toasters, with one side on each broken, the juice machine (apple and orange) was out of orange juice, so I asked the woman who was restocking the breakfast if there was any orange juice, and got a harsh "NO" out of her. No oatmeal packages left, no hot chocolate packages left, and waited 20 minutes just to get to a toaster, while my husband waited 10 minutes just to get to the one waffle maker. Had to wait for a table to sit down to eat. Will never stay at this hotel again.
If you plan to visit Sawgrass Mills Mall this is the perfect location. Nice clean rooms with breakfast included. Would return to this hotel.
