Very-very-VERY dirty, roaches are everywhere, super stinky, the hot water is brown in the beginning, the breakfast is awful, but the location is nice and close to IKEA and Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Yes, it was dirty. The hallway is filthy and the place is unkempt. That hotel needs to be seriously revamped. They don't care about the property. Had i known it was like that i would have NEVER booked it. I want my money back.

El peor hotel al que he llegado en Estados Unidos. Viejo, con pésimo mantenimiento, paredes despintadas, pisos salidos, el ascensor es un vejestorio, sucio en general, las alfombras de la habitación eran puercas y negras. La puerta del baño no cerraba y nunca les dio la gana de cambiarnos o arreglarla. Los colchones terribles, estaban hasta doblados en la mitad. Parece que no los han cambiado desde que abrieron ese hotel. No hay quien atienda, no brindan servicio, todo es a través de un totem virtual a un call center. NUNCA REGRESARE.

The room was okay, but the air conditioner had a funky smell whenever it came on, and the breakfast was repetitive. With a little more effort in cleaning and maintenance, they could get a 5⭐️ rating.

My stay at this hotel was honestly terrible. The room was dirty and felt completely unkept—so bad that I even have photos of the mattress showing how filthy it was. It was a disgusting experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

So let's start with the price was NOT what it was online upon check in. Let's go from there to a LADY in a KIOSK who is checking in a line of 9+ people and each taking 5 - 10 minutes and NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK. Let's shoot over to the AC in the lobby and elevator not being on. The fountain in the front reflecting the rest of the experience. Not kept up The room covered in duct tape, the walls peeling in the halls, the spigot in the shower falling off the wall, the cracks in the ceiling. NOTHING was worse than the smoke The microwave did not work The refrigerator was stained and barely got cold THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TRAVELING EVER zero stars if possible
