Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war praktisch, obwohl man das Auto ruhig stehen bleiben und überall zu Fuß laufen konnte. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Es hat uns dort gut gefallen.

Perfect stay!

Your apartment was immaculately clean, well-stocked, very comfortable and handicap accessible (elevators) for my mother-in-law to enjoy her return trip home to Germany! The owner kindly came by to restock and take out the trash - very considerate and helpful!! We will absolutely stay here again when we return next year!

Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. However, we were not told that the set of keys sitting on the side table were required to get back into the building after we left to go to dinner. When we return to the apartment about 11:00 PM, we had to wait for another building resident to come in to let us in.

Apartment has no AC, so you should open windows, and downstairs are three cafe/restaurants, just under the apartments windows. So till 3 am you would listening to the cafe visitors and since 5am the street cleaning starts.

Absolut topp gepflegte Wohnung. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Stühle, Betten und Couch waren sehr bequem. Es war eine Geburtstagsreise und wir hatten richtig viel Spaß und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Man ist in 12 min mit der S-Bahn in der City. Der Döner Imbiss und der Bäcker sind ebenfalls eine 10 von 10. Der Vermieter ist zudem sehr nett und hat Alle Fragen sowohl zu Beginn als auch später immer zeitnah beantwortet. Gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof von Kornwestheim.Der Vermieter schickt sehr kurzfristig die benötigten Informationen, um vor Ort in die Wohnung zu gelangen.Diese sind sehr informativ und verständlich.Wenn man schließlich das erste Mal vor der Wohnungstüre steht und denZugangscode eingibt, um Zutritt zu der Wohnung zu erhalten, muss diesen so wie wir, vielleicht dreimal eingeben, damit die Türe sich öffnet.Wenn es beim dritten Versuch nicht geklappt hätte, wäre der Telefonjoker gezogen worden.Ich vermute mal, dass die Wohnungstüre zweimal abgeschlossen war und der Code mehrmals eingegeben werden musste, damit sich die Türe dann öffnet. Sollte meine Vermutung richtig sein, sollte diese InformatGefühlte Erleichterung hat sich daDie Ferienwohnung liegt zentralam Bahnhof von Kornwestheim.Wir haben kurzfristig unsere Informationen erhalten, nachdem wir beim Vermieter schriftlich nachgefragt haben, ob wir vergessen worden sind.Die nötigen Informationen waren detailiert und verständlich in Bildform.Wenn man dann vor der Wohnungstüre steht und den Zahlencode eingibt, wird wahrscheinlich so wie wir, diesen dreimal eingeben müssen.Ich vermute mal, dass jede Eingabeden Schließzylinder betätigt, um dasTürschloss zu öffnen.Nachdem sich dann die Wohnungstüre geöffnet hat, steht man in einem lichtdurchfluteten Raum und gewährt einen Blick auf den Wohn- und Eßbereich.Gleich WohnunWohnung zu gelangen.Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung in Kornwestheim

Die Wohnung ist genauso luxuriös wie bei FeWo-Direkt beschrieben, die Ausstattung ist komplett neuwertig. Die Beschreibung des Check-In erfolgte durch Fotos, die wir vorher per E-Mail erhalten haben. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Code-Eingabe an der Wohnungstür, ein zusätzlicher Schlüssel liegt in der Wohnung. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage über Kennzeichen-Erkennung war ebenfalls einfach und unkompliziert. Von dort gelangt man über Fahrstühle barrierefrei bis in die Wohnung. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und war für uns jederzeit über sein Mobil-Telefon erreichbar. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out jederzeit und sehr kompetent unterstützt.
