Very very nice. European style wirh an outstanding location. Actially real china ware for breakfast with a nice austrian environment!! We really enjoyed it!!!

Great breakfast. Heat in room works well.good atmosphere.

Super duper awesome friendly staff!!! With a hearty breakfast to get you going!

I dont know where to start...Dated doesnt even begin to describe this place. If you're a hotel owner and you've decided to give up?....then get out and let someone else do your job. The halls are dirty, stained and tattered. The room was large but DEPRESSING. The furniture came from a yard sale. The microwave was broken. The hot water didnt work. The carpet was filthy...and then???? i was locked out of my room twice at eleven oclock because the keys didnt work!!!!! When i called the emergency number "the voice" told me theres a master key hidden behind the church pew!!!!! The hotel gave me a key to EVERY room in the building without even a clue who i was!!! If i were a pervert or a thief.....i could have done some serious damage!!!!! By the way....breakfast was cold. The ONLY good thing about the Innsbruck is the location to the mountain. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR VACATION. STAY AWAY....

The location was fantastic. The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was excellent but they could make rooms nicer. Change carpet. Remodel bathrooms.

This inn is located not too far from town/mountain. The property is nice--with the pool, hot tubs, covered bridge, and seating along the brook that runs along the back of the property. The rooms and decor are a bit dated. The room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was delicious!

Hotel inside and out is so run down and in need of repair. But even soap and water cleaning would help. The area is beautiful with the river and walking trails. The staff was really nice and very honest; because I left my purse in the resturant and the waiter turned it in to they front desk. I asked if a purse had been found and was asked what color and I gave details and he handed it to me! The rooms need a complete redo. Everything is in need of repair. It is just old and dirty . I would not stay there again.

The Innsbruck was clean, quiet and safe. The staff welcomed us and paid attention to our questions as we signed in. The breakfast was great. Plenty of food, coffee and juice.

A bit of the Alpines in VT. Even though this resort is older, everything was clean, the room very large, and the staff was very friendly. The resort offered cheese/crackers with coffee and tea early evening and the breakfast that was included was delicious. Disappointed we didn't have time to try the new outdoor hot tub. Maybe next visit!

Large room, very clean bathroom, dated furniture but who cares! Great breakfast and an awesome back yard for the kids!!

The amenities were good and the location serene.

When we first saw the place from the road, we were skeptical;'however, once we got inside we were pleasantly greeted and our room was darling. It was a large room decorated chalet like and clean. We had a front and back door and a patio with Table. The best part was the huge breakfast the next morning with sausages, bacon, eggs, blueberry pancakes, fried potatoes, breads, juices and more. They did have a pool and hot tub.

No complaints. Lovely atmosphere. Great location on the mountain. Bikes offered for riding with good cycling tracks as well as good walking tracks suitable for all ages. Would have liked to have stayed longer, a week would be ideal. The free breakfast was lovely and appetizing. Would definitely come back. A microwave was the only extra thing needed.

Ive never stayed at a lodge, so I dont have much to go by. But for the most part the lodge was nice. Clean rooms, pool was in very good condition and the staff was friendly. We never made it to breakfast so I cant comment on that. The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable and it was pricey for the type of lodge that it was. It was no nicer than a Red Roof Inn or a hotel like that, and it was almost double the price. But I guess that has to do with the area. But overall, it was a pleasant stay
