Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to airport, advising how to get from cruise ship to hotel, find local church address and time of services, and supplying an excellent map for nearby area. Hotel is very well located; only 2 blocks to "main drag" to pick up Tram #7 which runs from Kungstradgarden along Strandvagen to Djurgaren with many popular tourist attractions. Pricing is attractive for Stockholm and location, but is smaller rooms; good, basic functionality. Included Continental breakfast is very good. Restaurant and bar on site.

Had a room with two twin beds, and the size was much larger than an other standard room I have seen in Europe. Bathroom was very clean and comfortable, great shower and heated floors! Hotel was quiet. The bar in the lobby and the bar in the courtyard were recommended but due to rainy weather both were empty during our stay.

Oestermalm location, close to shopping areas as well as the strandvagen. Its a bit of an unusual hotel. Theres no definite front desk. There's a single computer and a person there (usually) in the entry hallway. They check you in and give you a code to open your room. There's an old grill door elevator as well as a modern one. Rooms come in different sizes. We had 3 separate bookings at the hotel due to days spent outside stockholm inbetween. The first room we got was rather tiny. The second one was larger.. this was a room designed for the handicapped. Hence the bathroom for example was really large. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are ofcourse cleaned everyday. However they did not refill the soaps, shampoos etc on a daily basis. On two separate days, I had to ask them to give us another shower gel. Shampoos and conditioner was not a problem as they tended to last longer. On the weekends, it can get a bit noisy from bars at the street level. Breakfast was included. Fair spread, but it was the same everyday. Got a little boring. Nice staff. If nobody is present at the "front desk", the computer screen shows you a phone number to call. They are inhouse, so they will come over and help shortly.
