The staff at Connect Hotel were really friendly, if we had any questions we could directly ask them and they'd have an answer. The rooms were really clean as well, we had a double room and a family room. Considering the hotel is quite cheap, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was even a kettle in the family room with some coffee and sugar which I think is free of charge. There were towels available at the hotel and breakfast was also included. The breakfast was quite simple but it meant you could have a nice hot drink before setting off (it's really cold in April). They can book a taxi for you to go to the airport (depending on which airport-they do for Arlanda for 520SEK which is cheaper than the express train at around 840SEK) beforehand if you would like. As it was Easter they also gave us some chocolate eggs for free. To conclude the service was very helpful and the hotel was comfortable, I would recommend this as it is cheap and also quite luxurious.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean and properly ventilated (even the ones without windows!) it is less than a ten minute walk from one of the train stations which could easily take you to Stockholm central, old town and many more.

Fantastic breakfast buffet INCLUDED with the room rate. Quiet room and the location was great for walking to Gamla Stan and to public transit. We would have appreciated knowing that our room would NOT have windows so that we could have changed our reservation. Also, after exiting the elevator, we had to take a set of steps to our floor which made wheelchair access most difficult.Even though we were 4 adults we made the space work for 2 nights.

It's been a 3-night/4-day stay in Stockholm and we couldn't have found a better location to stay. Starting with the receptionists to the cleaning staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an extra large cabin, 4 guests, room was always clean. The rich breakfast provided us with a good start of the day. And at the end of the day, you can stay in the colorful and cozy lobby that makes you feel really comfortable.

We booked hotel online because of its relatively central location as we did not know Stockholm before our visit. ( Hotel is four stops on Metro from Central Station. 10 minute walk from Short Hotel to Metro Station made it an easy to use service with a Stockholm Travel Pass. Tourist information at Staition was also very good. The information on hotel website and images of rooms if anything underplayed the level of service we enjoyed during our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff made our short visit ( 3 days) very enjoyable.

Stayed here one night in business. It's not in the nicest area for sightseeing but walking distance to a lot of the offices in the business industrial park area. Fairly cheap and was very clean and new looking inside. Room was an ok size. Comfy bed except for only having a single duvet on a double?! Decent shower. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. Would def stay again if on business.

The hotel is really quiet inside and outside. People even whispered. Very nice lounge. A supermarket is nearby. 20 min walk in the city. Room was too small. We stayed here 2011 A dissapointing breakfast, not a wide selection. I stayed in much better places for less money but guess thats Stockholm.

The hotel is clean, well kept and rooms are a good size. The beds were comfortable but pillows need to be bigger, as they are pretty small. You may think this sounds petty, but geez they aren't great. The room is a good side and we even managed to get a room with a sofa in too which was nice, the bathroom was clean and of a good size too. There could be a safe In the rooms and tea/ coffee facilities in the room too. The only big gripe is the manic breakfast area, where it gets very crowded and is not big enough for the amount of people that are eating all at once. It could do with a secondary food area to ease congestion. It could of been because of the time of year we visited, so it may be quieter than usual. It's a good value for Stockholm and is reasonably close to the bus and metro stops. It's good value for money, and I would recommend it.

The hotel aesthetically was pleasing inside and out. The breakfast was healthy, plentiful, and gave me enough energy until even dinner on a couple of occasions. The rooms were great, and the cleaning was second to non. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, and it's a hearty walk away from Norrmalm (15 mins, if that) so you get the benefits of being close without it being too noisy. The single beds in my opinion were too small (maybe I'd say that because I quite tall and broad!). I also appreciated the environmental ethos of the hotel and this was evidently exercised. It was competitively priced for a reasonably expensive city, and overall would highly recommend this on your stay at Stockholm.

I stayed here with my family and we had a great stay. The room was great for a 2 days stop in Stockholm. The location is excellent for it is close to the city center. It has a garage so it is perfect for us where to leave our rental car. Breakfast was awesome too. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. I surely recommend this place and I will surely comeback to stay here next year.
