This hotel is the filthy, condom wrappers, other guest items left behind, trash from previous guest...but the very worst was the infestation of ROACHES...they were crawling everywhere. It was literally a NIGHTMARE’S Stay for me. Got in to late to change hotels...so I slept in chair. after using my own sanitizing product to clean...Never EVER have I experienced such disgusting service in a hotel room!

Had to wait to check in my work collegue saw the desk attendant drive in, he claimed he was handling a domestic dispute. Next morning coffee was late (6am) I called the desk to inquire and the attendant hung up when I said its 6:05am

The general manager was really unprofessional, and refused to help us. The ac unit very load, the fridge looks like it was not opened and cleaning very long time; the room had a very strange smell like smoke even it was listed as non smoking unit, I will never stay with them again.

Not what I expected at all. Extended Stay? Not even a coffee maker in the room!

I arrived late at night and had trouble finding where to check in. Then I had to ascend outdoor stairs in the dark (I am small and 71.). The room was adequate and clean, for the most part, except for fingerprints on the fixtures. The carpet had sticky spots so I didn't walk on it barefoot. The bed was rock hard.

Good stay comfortable and staff quick and satisfactory, will go back for sure .

Dirty sheets had drawings with sharpie on it, dirty towels, went to ask the staff for a pan to cook but they said only people who stay there for 3-4 days can use it. booked a 1 queen bed got 2 beds instead and on top they wanted to charge extra when checking out....

Didn't have pots and pans. When asked for them, they didn't provide a proper set. The room had strong stench of cigarette, when asked the staff did nothing about i Trash was filled up in front of the room, feted with bad odor.

The room has a stove and fridge and eating area which was nice. Very clean hotel and the lady in the front lobby was nice. Great stay.

Air condition did not work. I do not like this hotel.

Close to the airport and it's a place to sleep. That's all.

Cricket in my bed, guest above me sounded like elephants stampeding, crickets noise, jet noise, continental breakfast was a joke. I will never stay here again.
