It was clean. Nothing mind blowing. Most of the staff were kind and courteous.

close to dulles airport, ample parking, quiet room

the hotel was clean, but it seem a bit old (good maintenance can prevent this). there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room at all, I got the room for 2 queen beds and the room is a bit smaller if compare to other hotel. Towels was decorating nice in our room, but they ran out of soap or shampoo both lobby and there was none in my room. I went down and asked the receptionist for the shampoo first time around 6.30pm and she told me that she was out of them, then around 7pm I found out that there was not even a bit of soap to wash hands with so I went down again with the sign in the room said in case of need of any toilets entrees, go see the front receptionist. that when she said she would take care that. We did not get soap or shampoo until sometime after 10pm when we were ready for bed already. and they called us down to get it even though she said she would send someone to bring them up. give 4 stars credit for breakfast at this hotel also

It was great. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean. Very pleasant stay.

We are well rested, happy with hotel staff, clean and best thing is we have access to hot and cold drinking water, coffee or juice 24/7. Yahoo!

the management is horrible, didn't cooperate, double charged me for the second night, claiming that I checked so they canceled my second night , even my stuff was left in the room. They denied the payment from orbitz for my second night recharged me. They gave me the handicapped room with smoking smell , just off the lobby in front of the breakfast area. Forgot my iphone cable, came back one hour later, they denied having it. The frontdesk people are very nice but the manager doesn't communicate with them and doesn't cooperate when a issue get raised and they are left by them self without support. AVOID

The staff here are super friendly, helpful and I really can't say enough about them. They made our experience there fantastic and I would highly recommend this location.

I flew into Dulles early on a Saturday morning (4:30AM) and flew out again the same day (5:30PM), a whirlwind trip to check out a car in the area. Soon after arrival, a delicious breakfast was served in the dining area, after which I went to my room to catch a few hours sleep in a clean room & a very comfortable bed. Getting up around 10:00AM, I showered in a clean bathroom with nice big towels and went to take care of some business. The staff was very nice and even helped by copying some documents related to the business I was there for. Their shuttle got me back to the airport in plenty of time to catch my return flight. A very pleasant (if short) stay that made the tiring trip much more pleasant. "Top Shelf" experience. Special THANKS to Dee, both on the phone prior to my arrival and while I was there.

this unit is quite old and run down. It is in need of cleaning and updating. I probably would not stay here again.

Everything was average such as cleaning, room space, and breakfast service. Some staff are very kind, some of them non commuinicative.

Great hotel, stayed there twice. Stuffs are friendly and the breakfast was really great. Free shuttle to airport was a great help. I'll stay there again.

Had to get 3 times, new room keys!!! Construction near by a big problem

Well, I should have known you get what you pay for... When we moved into the room. The desk lamp didn't work, there were no wash cloths and we were short towels. The furniture looked beat up and we had to park away from the building as parking close tot he building is not abundant. Yes, it did have one of the best rates in the area. Generally, the room looked beat up and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom is Spartan. The mattresses are mushy. I couldn't figure out how to flush the toilet.....(Yes, I know how to flush a normal toilet). At one point the handle came off when we tried to flush the toilet hard enough. I wanted to call the front desk to ask about the toilet and desk lamp not working.....oh, yeah, the phone didn't work either. I sat on the toilet contemplating what to do next. There are dust bunnies and hair in the corner (not our hair). The next day my wife asked the maid if we could have some wash rags. She got a rather abrupt reply and a couple of wash cloths were produced. (That was the only day out of our 5 day stay we got them however. One slow elevator for 3 floors of guests.

The front desk staff was polite and friendly. We received a room upgrade, which was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was a nice variety. We only had two complaints. One was that the refrigerator in the room froze anything we put in it even though we turned the dial to a low setting. And the second complaint was that the cleaning staff did not even speak basic English. The first day we tried to ask the maid to clean the room later but she spoke no English. The second day we tried talking to a different maid who seemed to understand that we wanted the room cleaned later, but when we came back, the room had not been cleaned. Staff should at least understand later or afternoon.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot breakfast selection can be improved, otherwise very great experience for a VA-DC area trips.

The hotel was beautiful! The room was very nice and had a great bed. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.
