This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is in an awesome location — just five minutes from GSU and the Convocation Center, and super close to downtown, Ogeechee Tech, tons of shopping, and Veterans Memorial Parkway. The property is also conveniently located to access to Hwy 16 & 80 and the Metaplant. No matter why you’re here, you’ll be right in the middle of everything.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located. It has a large, private backyard and ample parking. The layout is perfect for any group - rather you are a family looking for lots of play space or a group of friends looking to gather for a memorable stay. Both bathrooms have full size tubs and double vanities. Each bedroom has a 50” smart tv, blackout curtains, and overhead fans. The master suite features a king size bed and the other three bedrooms each have queen size beds.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We stayed for a ball tournament and had plenty of room. Very clean and all essentials provided. Had an issue while there, owners were very responsive, fixed issue immediately. Even checked in on us the next day! Would highly recommend this place if you need a place tostay in Statesboro! Very reasonable price!
