Restaurants and shopping are within two miles, and you can get anywhere you need to go with a $5 Uber ride. Perfect for families or any individuals who are looking for a great home with a convenient location. **Pets are allowed with an additional fee of $75 per pet** Please note this is one half of a duplex.

Great little duplex!

The duplex was cute and clean when we arrived. Air conditioner worked great and the house stayed cool. The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood which was nice! The beds are SUPER comfy!!

Easy check in process. Some improvements needed for the house. It could use a really good cleaning and be aired out. Had a slight smell of cigarettes. Also more garbage bins are needed. The bin at the curb was overflowing and very stinky.

Clean, close, quaint, and comfy

We stayed here to move in our freshman son and we will certainly be back. The location is close to campus and very clean. Plenty of room for a few couples or kids. Thank you and we will be back!

The house was described very accurately. A very comfortable home with everything that you need for a week away. The managers were very helpful and accommodating. The location was very convenient for us and it was a peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing fancy but clean and perfect for a family with young kids

The space was minimally furnished and decorated. But was clean and spacious. It was perfect and simple for our family stay with small kids. Parking was easy and the location was very convenient to most things in statesboro. We enjoyed our stay.

Minutes from GSU. Very clean, a lot of space. The outside color makes it very easy for you to know which place is your stay. Everything you will need away from home. Will keep this on the list for visits to Statesboro.
