Best vacation ever!! The wind coming off the water really keeps it feeling comfortable with the summer heat. We saw multiple dolphins a few days off the dock. House was super clean, property manager was very responsive to any of our needs. Awesome location, 15 mins from beaches. They had pool toys, rafts, beach toys and fishing equipment. We would Def go back again.

The view is amazing!

This house is one of our favorites to rent. The neighborhood is quite. The area has a lot of shopping and dining options. It is a short drive to the beach. The best thing about the house is the view.

Family of eight for thanksgiving.Fabulous property.Views are spectacular from everywere So many separate areas in and outside to hang, easily held our group.House very well appointed and stockedName (Dolphin Watch) very appropriate, as we saw dolphins every day we were there.Pool, although a little on smaller side, was heated, clean, and in great shape. Although sauna is listed on site, we didnt realize how much we would enjoy it until we got to house.Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view with a wonderful pool

This was the perfect size house for my family of 5, to stay in while attending our daughters graduation from Eckerd College. We especially loved the pool, the pool table and lounging in the upstairs tv room and watching the sun set on the large master bedroom patio. We were delighted by the daily sightings of dolphins and enjoyed our visits from the friendly herons who just wanted to hang by the pool.

Spring break 2024

Everything was great about this place, no complaints at all. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool/spa, watching the boats go by in the bay. Property is close to everything you may need during your trip. Windows in the house really show the amazing views. The only disappointing part about the stay was having to go back home.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Too many perks to list. Perfect place.

Very comfortable home. Easy check in process and extremely clean. The kitchen is amazing. We had 4 plus people cooking and never even came close to touching each other. Heat pump went out on the pool heater so that was a drag but the overall experience overshadowed that issue.

Our family of 8 adults stayed here for 6 days. The pictures don’t do it justice, the place is stunning. We take a family vacation every year and this one is by far the best one and we’ve had some great ones! The beds were so comfortable, great quality sheets. Bath towels and beach towels in abundance. Kitchen had so much more than we expected including spices and oils. The double oven was very convenient for our group. The pool and lounge area including the hot tub were lovely. We caught several species of fish from the dock — all catch and release. We brought fishing poles but there were 4 or 5 in the garage. We saw dolphins and manatees daily, along with a very friendly White Egret that we named Jon Snow who ate from our hands! We also used the kayaks (4) of them to paddle over to the little island. Our host, Steve, was a pleasure. He gave us several dining recommendations, all great! We can’t recommend this place enough, it was a wonderful vacation!

Yearly Family Vacation

Great home and location. It had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. My grandkids loved being able to fish from the backyard and dock and having the pool right there. My son and grandson had a great time kayaking. Property manager was easy to work with and responded immediately when we needed to address an issue with the dryer and had it fixed right away. Would definitely stay there again if we vacation in that area.

This property is stellar! Property is exactly as described, and we had no issues at all. Property Management is excellent, checking in during our stay for any needs. Communications were excellent for accessing home and utilizing items within home. Instructions were given regarding any needs and suggested options for things to do in the area. Home is close to businesses for necessities and places to enjoy the area. Overall was an excellent stay for our family!

Home Away From Home

This rental is awesome! We almost gave it a low rating just so it wasn’t so busy…lol! We could stay here permanently. The views are amazing, you’ll see dolphins and other wildlife everyday. The pool and hot tub are very nice. They recently updated the pool heater and the pool was warm enough to use everyday during our January stay! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Jan, Steve and the entire Seasalt Team go out of their way to do everything they can to make your trip perfect. We would highly recommend this house, as for us, it is officially our “home away from home”!!!

Great vacation property! Close to everything...Publix, Walmart, CVS, restaurants, beaches. The view is spectacular and 180 off the back. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi with a sauna. The view from the master bedroom is mesmerizing and the covered spacious 2nd floor room off the master is perfect for night viewing with wine and cheese! The host was great and called us ahead of time to give me info and his cell to make sure we contact him if anything was needed. They supplied everything including shampoo, conditioner and body soap and all the accouterments for the bathrooms. The only thing needed was to get your own groceries. It's just a fantastic home and we had a great vacation. 10 stars and who highly recommend it to anyone who wants an unforgettable vacation home!!
