Enjoy easy access to everything in World Famous Downtown St Pete from this perfectly located One Bedroom Studio Apartment! You will not be disappointed! Aside from all the fun things to do while in downtown, you will find the space is full of vibrant colors, neon lights, and funky decor for a cheerful atmosphere while on your getaway!

This cute and quirky condo will be your home away from home during your stay! You will find balconies both on the front and back of the unit where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP). My home is perfectly centrally located to all of St. Pete's finest attractions. Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!

*Please note- Processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the case of cancelation.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.

Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

If you would like to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, please fill the water past the jets before turning on.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)

Place was clean and straight forward, host was responsive. Opportunities include sheets for the advertised pull out couch, which was part of the reason we chose this place and it was used during our stay. Also, bathroom sink was clogged

Work Trip!

Absolutely loved this property! Very convenient location! It had a little screen for check in and recommendations on the wall, which was awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!
