This condo sits on the (elevator-accessible) fourth floor of Bay Harbor, a lovely waterfront property on a protected harbor of the ICW. It's the perfect home base for enjoying world-famous Clearwater Beach, as it sits within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, charter boats, the fishing pier, and - of course - the beach itself. Back at home on the grounds, spend your afternoons cooling off in a heated outdoor pool overlooking the ICW.



As one of the rare three-bedroom, three-bathroom condos in the area, this home greets you with an impressive amount of space. The open living area is beautifully illuminated with sunlight and harbor views, creating the ideal space to gather. There's a richly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and ample room to dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining room table, and outside on the balcony.

Loved our stay!

Pictures don’t do this beautiful property justice. It was clean and so spacious, we easily fit all 7 of us easily. If you’ve been to Clearwater you know it can be noisy, this property was just out of the way enough I think to really cut down on outdoor noise but still very walkable to almost everything we wanted to go to. The only issue we really had was that there were no parking passes in our unit when we arrived, the owners were very responsive about the issue. The only other issue we had I don’t think the owners could have helped, there was a loud group of young men staying on an upper floor and they were pretty destructive of the pool area which was disappointing but it wouldn’t prevent us from booking here again as you can run across rude and inconsiderate people anywhere you stay. I do hope they were caught on camera so the complex can recoup money for the damage they caused.
