Perfect Place for Two

Our 3rd stay here at Coquino Cove!! Walk two blocks to the awesome beach. Within walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream shop and restaurants!! Unit is delightful. Heated pool is wonderful. LOVE having access to the washer and dryer!

Excellent accommodations!

Quiet, clean, spacious room with a well stocked kitchen. Clean pool, just a short block walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time, definitely recommend this. Great value!

Perfect place for a week away

We stayed for a week. We loved the heated pool and short, easy walk out to the beach. We had a rental car so we drove to local restaurants or to get a few Groceries from nearby stores. The room was small and efficient for the two of us. We had a great time And would gladly stay here again.

Great week.

My wife and I stayed for a week. Everything was great. Very clean. Heated salt water pool was well maintained. The unit is close to the beach, I would highly recommend.

Great Location-Great Pool

Overall, we had a great stay. Excellent proximity to the beach and restaurants. Easy check-in and easy to find. Only complaints, the unit has a slight smell of mold and we had multiple palmetto bugs visit us throughout our stay. Smaller unit, but it was expected. Perfect for my wife and I. Nice patio to relax on and great pool just steps out the door.

Clean and cozy

We didn’t cook but used the coffee maker refrigerator freezer and dishes. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had plenty of towels and washcloths and toiletries. The bed was comfortable but a little small if you are used to a king bed like us. Wi-Fi and Schlage lock were easy. Pool and landscape was lovely and private. All in all, it was small but quite comfortable!

Great location, easy walk (or short drive) to to anywhere desired.

The place was immaculate and well supplied. Completely as advertised with a short walk to beach and restaurants. The studio was fine for a few days but may need some more space if staying a longer period of time. Only negative was trying to negotiate a reduced rate as we did not arrive until 10 pm on check in day and left early to meet family on the last day. Only negative, was response was never provided. Assumed it was a no but for the money spent, a reply would have been nice. Other than that, a high mark from us.

Nice Unit-Close to Beach!

This is our second time staying at Tropical Coquino (the first time was in 2018 before the renovations). It is so much nicer now!! The unit was a perfect size for our week-long vacation. The new heated saltwater pool was awesome! Easy walk to the beach for daytime relaxation and perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets!! Quiet residential area. Everyone staying in the other units were so friendly. Free access to the washer and dryer was an added bonus. Easy drive to Clearwater to watch the Phillies and 30-minutes to St. Pete/Clearwater airport. Two blocks to Gulf Boulevard which runs along the coast and connects you to Clearwater to the north and an array of coastal towns to the south (Reddington Beach, Indian Shores, Madeira Beach, etc.). It truly is a perfect location! Comfortable bed (always a bonus)! Lots of hangers in the closet (another plus). Drip coffee maker. Quick response to a maintenance request. I could go on and on but you get the picture!! The unit is small but perfect for a couple and it looks just like the listing photos. Hope to be back next year!!

Awesome heated pool

Girlfriend & I who have traveled to Florida Gulf Coast for years together. Coquina Cove was just perfect little 2 person stay at Indian Rocks Beach. Everything you need to go to the beautiful beach just a short walk across the street. Restaurants entertainment & groceries all nearby. Quite, safe residential area. It was a wonderful stay. Space heater came in handy too when we had 2 cold day & nights. Definitely would return to stay again.
