Wonderful location!

Ideal location for many restaurants and the beach. Adjacent water park the delight for kids of all ages. Great, quiet balcony for enjoying the boats traveling on the intercostal waterway. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

We love IRB!

Perfect property with all the amenities for someone flying in from Ohio! No need for the elevator with being on the second floor. Great communication with the owner too! Besides parking in the garage later at night, no complaints!!

Beautiful beach condo with everything you’ll need!

We were so very pleased with this property. The owners have thought of ALL the details that matter when you are away. We did not rent a car & were able to walk to several restaurants & take the trolley if we wanted to travel further to other activities. We are already missing the beach!

We had an amazing time at this property! The condo is clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a great day at the beach or pool. The pool and the waterpark were perfect for the kids, although the pool is accessible by the public and can get rowdy. I loved that the balcony overlooked the Intracoastal Waterway instead of the waterpark. The beach is truly a 5 minute walk from the property and was never crowded. When we wanted a bit more action, it was an easy 15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. The hosts are very responsive and really care about their property. 100% would stay here again!

Waterpark/Beach Condo - 5 stars

It's a lively scene at this very close to the beach, waterpark resort. Great location. While the waterpark was fun (and crowded), we appreciated this unit overlooked the intercoastal waterway, near the top of the palm trees, away from the noisy waterpark. The private, back deck was large and more peaceful feel. The condo itself was very comfortable. Large and high quality beds and linens. The condo was well equipped with kitchen and beach supplies. Newly redone interior with large bedrooms (separated by bathrooms between rooms) and joining bathrooms, high quality experience. 2nd floor location makes waiting for the elevator not necessary. The unit seemed quite sound proofed... we didn't hear neighbors in next door units. 5 stars
