Relax and unwind at this newly renovated mid-century modern meets beachy boho chic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt directly on the intracoastal. Gorgeous 2nd floor views of the water, beautifully decorated with a pool table in a family friendly neighborhood all makes for the perfect beach vacation. Tie your boat up on the dock! Have your morning coffee on the water or enjoy a waterfront BBQ on our grill.

Our property manager, Madison, lives close by and is available in an emergency.

This is a family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to many local restaurants, shop, pubs, and 3 minute walk to the BEACH!

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story home and you will have private access your unit, which includes the backyard directly on the intracoastal. We provide you with a BBQ, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and an amazing view of the water. Our guests see dolphins and wildlife every day!

Renovated post hurricanes! This condo is the entire 2nd story of a 4 unit building directly on the intracoastal. It has been recently renovated and is in the middle of a family friendly, very relaxed neighborhood. It is less than 2 blocks to beach access at Indian Rocks Beach, and we provide a beach wagon, beach towels, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach chairs. There are 3, 32 inch TVs, all with Roku- in the living room, master bedroom, and 1 of the guest bedrooms. It has been decorated by a local artist with fun, funky, and unique decor and murals that are sure to help you create unique picture opportunities.

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!

The easiest way to get around is walking or riding bikes. You can also scooter, go boating, grab an Uber, or rent a golf cart. You can hop on one of the paddle boards that we provide free to guests.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

Six longtime friends spent a weekend in this comfy house, and it was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious enough for couples, and the living area—where we spent most of our time together—was huge. The pool table was a hit! Sheets and towels were clean and nice to snuggle, which made the stay even more pleasant.Andi, the manager, was quick to respond to our questions and was very accommodating with a few last‑minute requests. Thanks! :-)The house is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. Breakfast at Café de Paris is highly recommended.

The location to the beach is great for walking and not having to find beach parking. We walked to dinner at the restaurant on the corner. The street is quiet, and the place was clean. The pool table was great entertainment, and they provide many water activity toys, beach wagon, cooler and beach towels.

Perfect way to end our holiday. The home is absolutely adorable. The view was beautiful, watched sunrise from the patio each morning. Then in the evening walked the three minutes to the beach and played in the ocean for sunset. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Only salt and pepper, so bring your own spices. Fun having the pool table too. We’d definitely stay here again

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful views. This property had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation right down to umbrellas and beach chairs. My family especially enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing in the bay. Location was great with the bay at the back deck, short walk to the beach, and a tasty bar/grill on the corner. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and a house with fun extras.

This property is really fun. The art throughout is a treat. They’ve created a beachy vibe without being cutesy. They also included some very unique items in the decor that give it a trendy vibe that was a hit with our young adults. Couple notes for families coming from out of town - you can trust the listing when they say the have beach equipment for you. We were able to use a wagon, shovels, umbrellas, and chairs from the house, which really helped us as we didn’t want to load up all those things in our van for the long road trip. The only thing ‘missing’ would be items for smaller kiddos. If you’re coming from out of town you may want to pick up a cheap sand toy bundle once at the beach. There were adult life jackets there too, but no kid ones. The house itself was well appointed with a fairly stocked kitchen and grill area. Grocery stores are close.We enjoyed use of the house’s paddleboards in the bay - very nice to be able to just hop in the water right by the house. The beach truly is just a few minutes away. We drove our gear down to the public beach access and sometimes were able to park and other times just dropped stuff off and parked back at the house - it was very easy. We had a few maintenance issues / questions about the house and the hosts were very quick to respond and help us out. They were very attentive. In all, the whole area is still recovering from the devastating hurricanes in 2024 and you can see the efforts of a ton of work being done all around.

The space was perfect for our family. The girls, ages 10 and 12 had never been to the beach. They loved the ocean and the beach cottage. The hosts were incredible to work with, allowing a later departure and help with accessing the property.

Perfect stay

This was our families first time staying at Indian Rocks Beach. We were looking for a multi-bedroom rental as we have 3 young children. This property perfectly fit our needs and even came with a pack n' play so we didn't have to travel with ours! Our kids loved playing with the pool table and fishing off the dock. It was conveniently located a 2 minute walk away from the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to coming again in the future!

Getting into property was hassle free. It was a beautiful location and walking distance to beach and restaurants. We liked the property a lot. Large windows, Beautiful view. 5 min walk to the beach. Kids played pool every night. The property was slightly dated, but had everything we needed. And an amazing view beats anything else. We observed beautiful sunrise from the deck. All I can say is I'm thankful we don't live too far from this perfect slice of paradise! Everything was as pictured. Comfortable beds. Clean, clean, clean! And quiet. It's very relaxing. The location is ideal. Having that bayside view 24/7 and the gorgeous beach only a two block walk is perfect for us. We enjoyed every amenity. Paddle boarding, beach walks, gorgeous sunsets, and playing pool. Honestly, I'm not sure what my kids liked more - the pool table or the beach. Madison was extremely responsive for any questions. If you go, you will not be disappointed. Just make sure you take care of it so we can enjoy it again! 😉

We stayed for 8 days with two families and enjoyed our time. Walkability to restaurants & the beach was fantastic! We were treated to dolphins on the intercostal more than once and loved being able to drop the SUP into the water. Communication with the host was easy and other guests on the property were friendly. Parking was well explained and distance to Tampa or airports was reasonable. Overall, I recommend this property for families or a group of adults looking for a convenient location, epic waterfront access and/or views!
