Awesome!

We loved our stay here! Awesome location within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Super clean and spacious! Chad was great to communicate with and got back to us right away when we had question about the AC ! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location and beautiful home

We love clearwater and have previously stayed in hotels, but our family is growing and we needed more space. This home offered it all. It was beautiful, clean, and had games for the kids to play in a rainy day. It was helpful for us to do laundry there with the long vacation and the hosts were amazing. We definitely would love to book for next year!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Wish we were able to stay longer. Everything was very clean and loved how everything was decorated. It had everything we needed from dishes, cups and things for the beach. I loved sitting on the deck watching the dolphins. They would come in every day. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and the place was close to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house

The house was perfect for our stay with a wide range of adults and kids. The house was beautiful inside with plenty of space for all of us. Chad was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Clearwater Beach Property

Nice, clean property, easy walk to the beach. Generally quiet. Did not like the fact that we had no control of the air conditioning/heat - it was pre set for very cold. Owner was responsive and set it remotely when we asked for warmer, but then it automatically reset for cold again the following day and had to ask for reset. Pool and hot tub were child friendly.. Overall a positive experience.

Great Property with Spectacular View!

Beautiful property, perfect for families!

This property was beautiful and perfect for families! We had a large group ranging from infant-adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. It is in a great location walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had some issues during check in, as the door code we were given didn’t work but we were able to get in contact with the host to get it resolved. Overall I highly recommend this property!

What a beautiful house. This house is perfect for my big family, and it is within walking distance to local stores, shops, restaurants. And yes, you can fish off the boat dock too. I will definitely come back.

Great Getaway Spot!

If you've made your way to the reviews for this property you are likely (as we were) intrigued by the stunning pictures and enticing description. We spent a week at this charming upscale waterfront townhouse and loved every minute of it! The home has a wonderful layout with plenty of room and stylish decor. It's well stocked for guests comfort. The balconies overlooking the intracoastal waterway were perfect for the morning cup of coffee and the evening glass of wine (we even saw a couple of dolphins). The location is great with the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance but you are not in the middle of the "beach chaos". Top it off with Chad is a fine host and great to work with and you've got a great getaway spot!

Perfect condo for family

We stayed at Chad's condo with family; 3 daughters, 1 granddaughter (2) and my mom. This condo was the perfect setup for us all. The condo was spotless! It had plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. It is very kid friendly with pack-n-plays, highchair, kids cups & dishes. We loved that it had everything we needed for the beach as well: wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. While we had 2 vehicles, we walked everywhere; the location is perfect! The entire rental, checkin and checkout was so easy! Chad responded to any question super quickly. We would 100% recommend this rental to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay while in Clearwater Beach.

July 4th Family Fun

My husband and I invited our parents for a quick get away to the ocean. We frequent the area (from Orlando) as we keep a boat at Marker 1. We absolutely loved Chad's property and plan to stay there again in the future. The place is stunning. It has a fully stocked kitchen and tons of games/beach gear for all ages. Also, Chad was very easy to communicate with during our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful house and location!

We loved our stay at this house. We stayed during April break with my husband, mother in law, and three children ages 3,6,10. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures don’t do the house justice as it is nicer in person and beautifully decorated. There was the normal wear and tear that comes renting has but overall very clean and decorated nicely. Chad, the host, was great to work with. He quickly responded to any questions we had before our trip and was attentive during our stay if we had any questions. During our stay we had several dolphins sightings just sitting on the balcony. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock (there’s also a boat slip if you have one or want to rent). He ended up having better luck fishing at Pier 60 but it was nice to have an activity for him when at the house. We rented a golf cart to get to town and the beach easily. However, it is not necessary and is a short walk to most places. With the three kids and all their stuff, this was just easier but without them I probably wouldn’t have gotten one. The house also has all beach necessities you would need (chairs, beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, wagon, etc. ) We can’t wait to come back next year!

Better than expected!

Amazing property where the pictures don’t do it justice! Close to everything but still quiet and feels like a vacation home. Brad was great. We rented a golf cart as well and used it to get around. Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

Clearwater Easter Vaca

Home is as exactly as described, even nicer in person. Everything we could possibly have needed was there. We had groceries delivered the day we arrived from Publix and settled right in. Location was perfect and neighbors were lovely. We did not need a car at all for the restaurants, beach, Pier 60, Opal Sands and a sunset cruise! Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!
