A charming Florida apartment, less than 100 yards to the gorgeous, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped, two-bedroom, one-bath, first-floor apartment. The apartment features a full kitchen, back patio, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, HDTV, and complimentary access to laundry facilities. We are adjacent to a beautiful waterfront park with a sand volleyball court and a block away from the Splash Harbor Waterpark.
- Perfectly located in the heart of town, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. With two free parking spots right at your door, you can park the car and explore everything on foot. Everything you need—fun, food, and essentials—is within walking distance.
Enjoy the convenience of two free parking spaces outside your door. Rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis are close by, and the beach trolley makes it easy to travel along the coast.

vacation in paradise!

Our one-week trip was amazing. Mary and her crew made the cottage perfect for us. It was bright and clean and happy, isolated from other properties with readily available shared laundry, a fenced-in backyard with a new deck (perfect for our dog), and drop-ins for paddleboarding easily in the bay to the east or with a short walk to the gulf to the west, with dolphin sightings in the gulf. We comfortably prepared meals many days/ nights in the updated kitchen, and also splurged on walkable restaurants (and ice cream stores!!) within blocks nearby. The grocery store is a quick drive over the bridge, as are some cool nature preserves to run to. The beach is beautiful and clean, with many turtle nests marked too. It was perfect for reading under the tent, digging holes, and playing Kadima. We cannot wait to return!

This cottage was in a great area. Very clean, spotless. My husband and I were very impressed. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. All appliances in kitchen nicely up to date. Very comfortable bathroom with double sinks and beautiful, large walk in shower. Comfy living room, steps from restaurants, gulf beach, inter coastal. Nearby to Clearwater and Dunedin. Host is very responsive to any and all needs.

Very cool little cottage, nicely updated to modern look, with all you need to kick back and relax. Accommodations were spotless and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Check in and check out was quick and simple. Short walk to beaches and food. Communication with owners was almost instant response. Will definitely come back to this cottage in the future.
