My overall rating would be 4 1/2 starts but they don’t have that. We like this property a lot this is the second year we rented it in a row. Love the outdoor space. The outdoor space was not very clean and a huge pile of toys were left next to the furniture on the pool deck. Other than that we love this property. The kitchen is pretty well stocked although I think they do need to update some of the kitchen pots and pans. It’s very close to the beach a couple of block you can walk there in about 5 minutes. It’s really a nice convenience place to stay at the holidays

This beach house was everything we hoped for and more! Immaculately clean, beautifully kept, and just steps from the shoreline and it gave us the best of both worlds: easy beach access and peaceful mornings on the dock with a cup of tea in hand. Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great and within walking distance to the beach as well as local coffee shops and ice cream shops. The pool was a great benefit for the kids as well as the dock on the canal for fishing. We had two families staying at this residence and had enough room to spread out.
