1 - Club de playa en Pass-A-Grille


Este condominio de la planta baja se encuentra directamente enfrente de las hermosas playas galardonadas de St. Pete Beach. Aquí, las playas son poco concurridas y pacíficas, con arena blanca azucarada y aguas cálidas cálidas del Golfo. Salga por la puerta delantera y estará en la arena en cuestión de segundos.

Todo el condominio ha sido remodelado y mejorado completamente con hermosas baldosas y pisos de madera, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y muebles nuevos. El gran dormitorio principal privado cuenta con una nueva cama TempurPedic increíblemente cómoda, Queen Size, y el segundo dormitorio tiene capacidad para invitados adicionales con un cómodo estilo "Murphy". Cama de tamaño completo que se puede plegar para tener más espacio. La sala de estar y el patio privado con vistas al golfo dan una hermosa vista del agua y la puesta de sol sobre el Golfo, y el gran sofá es lo suficientemente grande como para dormir una siesta después de un largo día en la playa.

Hay mucho espacio para sentarse afuera y disfrutar de la cálida brisa del Golfo en su patio, para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o simplemente observar a la gente.

La piscina se encuentra justo fuera de la parte trasera del condominio, con fácil acceso dentro y fuera. Con solo ocho condominios en el edificio, la piscina nunca está abarrotada, y hay mucho espacio para relajarse y tomar el sol.

Incluye TV de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar, TV en las habitaciones, WiFi de alta velocidad gratis, TV por cable y estéreo. Se proporcionan sábanas, toallas, una cocina totalmente equipada y algunos artículos de playa. No hay una lavadora / secadora en el condominio, pero una lavandería local está a unos 5 minutos en coche.

Pass A Grille

Great location. Able to walk to a couple of restaurants otherwise used Freebie which is a great service. We were aware there would probably be someone in condo above us so prepared for noise. Fortunately noise was only during the day. Could use more towels supplied. Owners responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed being able to sit on patio.

The condo is lovely. Large living area and kitchen. Two large bedrooms. Very comfortable! Best bonus was the beach wagon with umbrella and beach chairs. The stay wouldn’t be the same without them!! Great location

Perfect corner of the world

This is my third time staying at a property managed by Charles & Liz. And definitely not my last. This is such a great spot in a relaxed beach community. If you want to slow down & take in perfect sunsets, this is the place.

anniversary getaway

Location convenient for restaurants and beach. It’s a busy street and noisy into the night. Warning! Do not give up your parking space to enjoy anything away from P-A-G! So busy you might not be able to park again until evening! Pool was wonderful. Bathroom is small and dated but clean. Kitchen is teeny but ice maker is awesome! We would come back. Vacuum provided to help with sand.

Girl's Trip Frustration

We love Pass-a-Grille. We usually use a different property, but it was booked. This place looked great. But a couple things made our stay here frustrating. The shower poured water all over the floor even though the curtain was inside the tub. The hooks in the bathroom were coming loose from the drywall. The back bedroom where the Murphey bed was, was always 10-15° warmer than the rest of the house. The window in the main room leaked when it rained. And the AC went out. THS was addressed and Brandon graciously moved us overnight to another unit. However, with our things and food stuffs in the hot unit, we had to spend a good portion of our next day in the unit with the broken AC until it was fixed. These may seem small issues but combined it was frustrating. We will probably not book here in the future.

Weekend getaway

The location is awesome for catching sunsets from the patio or making an easy walk across the street to the beach. And if needed a couple blocks down you can access the beach with a stroller/wheelchair/beach carts on the ramp leading right on to the beach. Parking was unexpectedly tough to find actually close to the unit upon arrival on Saturday - but a local explained it just is that way on the weekends and gets better during the week. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the beds and even the couch were comfy sleeping spots. Just fyi there is a unit above this one and if the guest have children or are rowdy you are going to hear their footsteps through the ceiling. But that is just how it goes where ever you might stay in multilevel/unit condos like this. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The vibe in Pass-a-grille is very family friendly, slower paced, very small village feeling. Great place I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing location and perfect accomodations

This was our second visit to this building, first visit to this particular condo and just loved it. Plenty of room, so nice to be able to cook, have a pool, and be just steps from the beach. It was a delight. Everything was clean and working perfectly!!

Beware the noise if anyone is upstairs...

the place had some mold in it. The furniture outside was pretty dirty -the cushions. The kitchen accoutrements were not very complete. Our "welcome" coffee was not there. The worst part was we could hear every step the folks upstairs took in their unit. The best part was the location was good. I'd not rent this place again nor recommend it.

Great location

The location of this corner unit is beyond perfect. Sitting under the porch, listening to the waves, watching people go by. Perfection. I would suggest the mgmnt company do a DEEP clean, noticed some mold in walls and replace the murphy bed mattress!

Convenient Pass-A-Grille location

This is a GREAT location if you want to be in the heart of Pass-A-Grille and walk to restaurants/bars, Pass-A-Grille beach, and little beach shops. Pool looked nice, but weather was too cold for us to try it (pool IS heated). The unit's patio has an incredible view of sunsets, and is as close as you can get to a beach view in Pass-A-Grille. The room with the murphy bed is a little funky (a breezeway that they enclosed), but is very well appointed and our 23 year old daughter was happy using it because it gave her her own space. Floors in the master a just a little worn, but the living room is spacious and comfortable, and the master bedroom does have its own patio. No washer in dryer in this unit. Overall it was a great place to stay, and we will definitely return!
