Overall a good stay. The kitchen needs more silverware for a group of 8. Unfortunately we had no idea of the ongoing beach renourishment & the impact it would have and it forced us to leave a day early due to noise and access to the beach. Wish we had been informed about the possibility.

Great place to stay!
Our condo faced the beach. The onsite pool is a plus! We do recommend an additional beach chair, nice heavy umbrella (the one provided was broken, and ironing board needs replacing (would not stay up—catch broke?). We found a lot of good restaurants up and down the island. Enjoyed the proximity to areas north and south. Beach was very accessible and not crowded. We loved the convenience to it.

Family get away
All was good in the condo unit.
The only issue was inability to get a lounge chair at the pool due to other guests reserving them at daybreak. Signage said no reserving but there was no follow through. That is something that should be addressed to the condo association.
