Loved the accommodations/Pool area small for amount of guests

The staff was very helpful. Comfortable beds. Loved the spacious living area and kitchen, which was well equipped for preparing meals. Great view of the gulf.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Property outside was kept up very well. Inside of our unit was spotless and well stocked. Staff was great. Helpful and informative. We will return to Sand Doller 109 if available. Best location in the complex. Always an open parking spot. We will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part the unit was wonderful. It was modernized, the open concept is nothing that we have experienced in other condo rentals. Being on the first floor was nice so that we could use the stairs instead of the elevator. The only issue we had was the one couch was very uncomfortable, you could tell that the cushions were used and not firm, you would slide back. But overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

Highly recommend!! Beautiful views!!

This unit was beautifully decorated! (The couch does have a low spot in it - but otherwise great). Pool and hot tub well maintained. One of my favorite things - There are two person beach cabanas placed on the Sand Dollar’s beach you can rent from a local vendor daily or weekly. The office personnel are very kind and helpful! I will definitely be going back.

While our view was phenomenal, since we were closer to the pool than we have been in the past, we noticed that it could be a little noisier on the balcony. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for 15 plus years and recently discovered unit 109 which has a Friday check-in which we like and it is also a beautiful unit - well stocked - well located on the first floor since we run up and down the stairs all day to get things we have forgotten!!! I also like that this unit is located near the hot tub and pool so we can watch children/teens in the pool. Best of all is the pier that we sit under for shade from the sun!!!!!

Had beach chairs, ( small) but great for sitting in the sand by the gulf! This is our second year at Sand dollar! We will be back! Only thing the guests above us were pretty loud this year ! But that’s to be expected when you have people above you !

Beautiful Christmas at the beach

Overall the condo and stay was wonderful! The only complaints I have is the master bedroom kind bed has horrible sheets and they fall off constantly. We were also not told the bracelets you get at check in need to be returned or you have to pay $20 per bracelet. Naturally my two youngest children lost theirs and I was not too happy to find that out. I was wondering why most guests didn’t have them on and now I know why. However the location was amazing. The condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental unit was absolutely perfect and I could not have asked for a more beautiful and comfortable stay. The inside of this unit was well thought out. The decor and furniture are beautiful and so tasteful, the beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, beach towels and accessories are provided. You will not need for anything in this unit. The outside of the unit is stunning- enjoy sunsets from the patio. The view of the beach and Gulf are gorgeous. This is our second time at this property, we will be back for this particular unit, it was so homey, I wanted to move right in!
